I was very pleasantly surprised by this mom and Pop place. The menu was very full. My kids food was incredibly fresh. The fruit plate was real fresh strawberries blueberries, and bananas.
My kale fruit salad was lovely— delicious greens and very fresh vegetables and my husband’s hamburger he said was also delicious. Very impressed by the quality and the price.

My son brought me to this mom and pop restaurant when I visited him and I have to say I loved it. My BLT was great, the bacon was cooked to perfection and crispy, not soggy like most places. The bread was lightly toasted or grilled and had the perfect texture.
My son raved about the meatloaf saying it was tender and tasty. He also mentioned the garlic mashed potatoes are amazing. If you are in the area and you want a very reasonable price restaurant with excellent food stop by this cafe. You won’t be disappointed.

I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich with trustee fries. It did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. Chicken was fried perfectly. Just the right amout of salt on the fries. All around 10/10. Owners were working hard and greeted me. Along with other customers. Highly recommend this place for lunch!!!!!!

Delicious! We were just driving through and thought we’d take a chance on this breakfast cafe.This was the best breakfast we’ve had from any restaurant. I had the quiche and my husband had the farmers breakfast…so good! It was such a pleasant environment. Service was top notch! We may be driving an hour and a half just for breakfast in the future!

I love going here because of how good their food is but the staff are just straight up rude one time when I was there with my family there was a staff member that looked like she was in her mid 40s and we gave a young boy that looked like he was 16 a tip and the lady said “Is that for me or him?” We said him and she rolled her eyes at us. After that every time we saw that staff again we had to make sure we were being direct about who we were giving the tip to. And don’t even get me started that same day when we walked in, our table was just DIRTY we asked if we could get it cleaned and they made us wait like 20 minutes and then finally we moved to another table and also it took them like 20 minutes just to bring out our food.

My wife and I like to try different mom and pop places and had yet to try this restaurant for breakfast. We made a good choice with the Court Street Café.
When we walked in, we noticed it was a little small, but we were seated right away. Our server was over a moment or two later and took our drink order. When she returned, we each ordered the Farmer’s Breakfast, and I got an extra side of home fries (one of my vices).
Looking around, it was apparent that the owners put some effort into keeping a small-town vibe in here – nothing too extravagant and nice decor (we really like the ceiling fans). It is a nicely appointed restaurant!
Our food came out a short time later, and it was tasty. The eggs were perfectly sunny-side up and the biscuits and gravy were just the right amount of spicy. The pancake was fluffy and the home fries were a little mushy, but that is probably just how they do them. Seeing as how we got the same food, my wife’s order was greatly appreciated as well, as she had nothing but compliments too.
Overall, we will be back, as it was a pretty great breakfast!

First-time visit. Clean, nicely decorated eatery with interesting menu (includes Elk burgers!) and good food. We enjoyed our meals, but it did take quite a while for the food to arrive after ordering (though it was a Friday evening and they were getting busy). Would return.

Exceptional flavor, great service and reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our Tuscan Chicken Platter and Chicken Portabello Ranch Platter. The restaurant is clean, quaint and comfortable. It was not crowded on an early Friday evening. The fresh ingredients are top notch and our meal was filling and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. It was well worth the short drive from Indianapolis.
