The power went out several times in the area (no fault of Crab Station’s at all, obviously) and the staff STILL made this an awesome dining experience. I got to see the staff during an unusual event and the whole crew handled the thing extremely well.
Recommending this place to anyone who eats.
We had the BEST SERVER!!!! Her name is Denise!!!
Denise welcomed us with a friendly smile, explained the menu to us and provided us with all the AYCE options. She brought everything out and kept checking on us as well. I love how she kept us in the loop on food arrival time and the speed of service.
Should you come here, please ask for the best server here…Denise! She made my birthday experience and first time here amazing. She made us feel like family and you can tell she takes pride in her job and cares about the Crab Station brand.
Denise, if you read this…thank you for the exceptional service and friendly smiles!
We’ll be back!
Edit: We returned on Feb 27th and had a totally different experience. We had Grace as our server and this was one of my worse experiences at a restaurant. We ordered the AYCE feast with crab, steak and shrimp. Grace was like do you both want steak, yes obviously and we wanted the shrimp she put in one order of shrimp. We asked for wings which was not put in until we asked a second time when they didn’t come out the first time. My husband got 1 drink refill, he sat through most of the meal with no drink. The smashed potato came out burnt and inedible, which she just left on the table. The creamed spinach was spinach with a ton of butter, it was not creamed spinach. When the second round of crab legs came out the knuckle part was still partially frozen. When I said something to the girl who brought them out, she said she would let them know and that was it. Then we mentioned one cluster of the crab legs was brown, Grace said when they get old they turn brown and left them there. For the price I am paying I don’t won’t old legs, they looked unappetizing. Very disappointed in the food quality and service. Then to top it off, unless you look at the other side of the menu, they don’t tell you they also charge you an extra 3.5% if you use a card. Then expect you to tip on the amount after tax and fees. No where on the bill does it say anything about a credit card fee. For the price you pay I have never been charge a credit card fee. Very bad customer service.
The AYCE is a great deal-you just choose your entree and all sides and desserts are included. The food is made to order so everything was hot and fresh.
The menu changes weekly so you’ll want to check out the options before going.
All of the staff were pleasant. Grace was our server and she was amazing! She did a wonderful job! Very nice, informative, and extremely courteous.
It was my Son’s birthday and she along with some of the other staff took the time to sing a special happy birthday song for him, which he loved vey much.
I truly enjoyed this place and will definitely be back again!
For a restaurant that promotes an “eat-all-you-can” concept, the service was painfully slow and completely lacked urgency. Food came out very late and only one dish at a time. You place an order and wait… and wait… and wait some more. By the time one item arrived, the excitement was already gone.
The presentation of the food was terrible—honestly, it looked like garbage on the plate. Nothing was appetizing to look at. The steak was especially disappointing: very hard and difficult to chew, nothing close to what you’d expect for the price you pay.
To make things worse, many menu items were not available. They only had one sauce option (butter), which defeats the purpose of a seafood boil experience. For dessert, the only option for an “unlimited” offering was cheesecake—no variety at all.
As for the taste? Almost everything was bland and poorly prepared.
For the price and the overall experience, this restaurant is absolutely not worth it. Between the slow service, poor food quality, lack of menu availability, and bad presentation, this was a major letdown.
I strongly do NOT recommend Crab Station. Save your money and dine somewhere that actually values quality and customer experience.
