One star is honestly too generous. First they were out of tea. I ordered a gyro and waited about 7 minutes in line just to get to the window, only to be told they were out of pita and couldn’t even make the gyro. The wait time was long and there was no offer of a discount, replacement, or even a free sandwich for the inconvenience.
The service was extremely slow and the staff didn’t seem very aware of what was going on. Looking inside through the drive-through window, the place also appeared dirty and unorganized. Overall a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location.

I like this fast food sandwich shop. The sandwiches are very good. The barbecue potato chips very good. A good value. We went back today 4/19/2025 for lunch it was very good. We got the toasted sandwiches. I got the Italian sandwich. My wife got the Chicken Bacon toasted sandwich . They were very good. Give them a try.

A giant and regular sandwich both from the original side of the menu. I prefer the bread here than other sandwich shops. Great portions. The employees (i interacted with 2) were very polite and good humored. I did not dine inside, which is why I gave 4 stars…I was only inside to pick up. Food was ready in minutes- very quick even with multiple orders at the same time.

Freaky dirty! I’m afraid to eat my sandwich it was so unclean in the store. People coming into the store from the drive through who received wrong and incomplete orders. I couldn’t wash my hands in the bathroom due to random supplies in the sink. Tripping hazards blocking pathways. I will not be back to this location!

Last week got a Cuban from drive through – no cheese. Ok my world won’t fall apart.
Today order 2 sides. 2 potatoe salads but they only had 1. Ok not end of world, got a pesto bow tie pasta. Get it home and use by date is 8/19. Today is 23rd. Really liked the wrap & Cuban but I’m done.

We love Jimmy John’s, but our store closed down suddenly a few years ago. We drive 56 miles to this location and love it every time. The employees are always super friendly, and our sandwiches are perfect and delicious every time. Totally worth it.
