If I could give a zero stars, I would! Worst experience in a subway EVER. I decided to use their drive-through, which, as soon as I rolled down my window, I had a full face full of “skunk” smell. Against my better judgment, I ordered a 12″ and I selected all the things I wanted and the things I didn’t. I ended up with the most messed up order I’ve ever gotten! My sub had no cheese at all, which I asked for. I asked for it to be toasted, and it wasn’t. I asked to add olives, and there were none. They threw so much stuff inside it that I couldn’t even pick it up without spilling it everywhere on my lap. To make matters worse, God knows what they did to it that caused the bottom part of half my sandwich to be soaking wet and mushy, completely inedible. The only good thing from my meal was the bottled soda I bought. Most definitely not worth $18! It’s fair to say that’s the last time I ever go to this location!

Ordered food on the app bread was not what we ordered and the chips were not what we ordered, called the store asked for a manager the ladie who answered the phone stated she was the manger and made excuses as to why the order was incorrect i told the ladie that they just needed to pay closer attention , and Said they were jut really busy fun thing is there were not very busy when we pickup food and another employee was getting a fountain drink so pretty busy i guess also is the reason they are never very busy. I Will Not RETURN TO THIS LOCATION !!!

The absolute worst subway experience I’ve ever had without a doubt! The first thing out of the employees mouth is we’re out of Almost everything. Probably hoping customers just walk out. The attitudes and disdain from both employees was dreadful. Save your hard earned money and eat somewhere else until they find someone who doesn’t treat customers like dog poop!

New to Seguin one of the worst subways I have been too Employees were rude and I asked if I can have a fresh bread that was out of the oven and they told me NO that they couldn’t. Ofcourse the bread was old and hard. Then I also tried to go in at 11pm tonight and the employees working hid and refused to answer the drive thru. I will not be going back. Horrible workers. Wanted to give it another shot but that definitely won’t be happening.

You’re rolling the dice if you’re going there to eat. The freshness of the food is questionable, and cross your fingers if they have what you want. My son always tries to order the kids pizza but 9 times out of 10 they tell me “No”. And the cherry on top is the atmosphere the employees give off. You know when someone hates their job but needs the paycheck. Almost every employee that I’ve ever interacted with was short, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I would advise you go somewhere else for your sandwiches.

No long wait. We all three ordered subs. Had the spicy Italians. Unfortunately at the time we went they had ran out of mozzarella so my son just went with American cheese instead. Food was good. Lobby was clean. Bathrooms were clean too.

Not sure the front staff wanted to be at work today. This was their special, new Baja steak and Jack. I got rolled eyes when I asked for a six inch instead of foot long, then attitude when I asked how much for the Baja steak. After she gave me the price on a 6 incj, I said, Ok, I would like to try your new Baja steak, then the counter person said “Omg” when I requested the sandwich to be the meal deal, she cited this outburst was justified because she had already rung up the 6 inch price by itself (when I was only inquiring what was the price of their special “new Baja steak and Jack”. Apparently this was a very difficult transaction for this worker. Very few people here (4 plus myself is five customers), so now I see why Noone is coming in here.
The sandwich was very hastily and sloppily put together. The paper is cut, torn and turned upside down to spill out all over the front (top of bread). No napkins were available and none were put in my bag. Had to go back to counter and ask where their napkins were. They had them behind the counter.

Drive thru experience was terrible. Trouble with the menu board prevented me from placing my order. Tried 3x no success. No one answered the speaker. Waited 10 minutes in line.got to the window, told the lady what happened and she began writing my order down when a guy stopped her and told me I HAD to drive around and place my order thru the menu board. I tried to explain again but he said drive around, there are cars in line behind you. I told him I had waited in line and it was not my fault the menu board d I didn’t work. He told me to go around and then place my order.
I had also seen the car ahead of me having issues and they drove off and I saw the car behind me also having the same problem. Very poor customer service. I will not go back.

They never do the order right!!! It’s been 5 times!! But this is the worst!
They did not do the order right, never. Order it toasted and the rather not toast the bread or over toast the heck out of it. Ingredients wrong but this time they grossed me out. It was a tuna sandwich with lettuce spinach tomato and banana peppers. To make it worst I’m pregnant so it really gets me throwing up They did a mess. And where did they get the mayonnaise from!!!!
In an update. Whent yo get it re done. Supervisor re do it, she was educated, obviously this time got down. The blond lady worker making sandwiches at the time was just nasty very mean and unprofessional, questioning everything and second guessing I see if she was doing a favor and this was a free meal that I needed to take the way that she wanted it.
