We recently did a vegetarian catering order from Ami Jerusalem Café, and it was absolutely incredible! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish had generous portions — perfect for our group of about 25 people — and everyone loved it, including the kids!

The sauces were especially memorable. The hot sauce and garlic sauce were both crowd favorites. The pita was perfectly fluffy and fresh, and you could really taste the care that went into the cooking.

The owners were wonderful to work with. They were so kind, responsive, and helpful in answering all my questions and helping me plan the order. I highly recommend Ami Jerusalem Café for anyone looking for authentic, delicious Mediterranean food and a truly great catering experience. We definitely plan to cater from here again.

Delicious Israeli street food! Been a few times and has not disappointed. Freshly made and served quickly. Great hummus, perfectly accents the various kebabs. Lots of prepared foods and desserts packaged to go. Ample indoor and outdoor seating.

What an amazing place. Not only the food is delicious and fresh, the outdoor venue is fantastic. Live music was a great touch to help us spend our time outside. Small venue, but huge flavors and character!!! Will definitely return.

Heard so much about Ami I had to take the drive! Very small establishment but oh so mighty! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! The chicken schnitzel hummus bowl and lamb rice bowl were definitely my favorites! Arayas were packed with so much flavor. Only wish I lived closer to this restaurant but definitely can’t wait to be back.

Some of the best Israeli street food I’ve had outside of Jerusalem. Pitas are fresh made daily. Hummus smooth, creamy and super fresh. Falafel straight from the streets of Tel Aviv, and even the latkes were delicious. The star of the show for me was the chicken Shawarma pita The service people at front were very helpful both times we were there. The entire staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The Chef had his eyes not only the kitchen but a few seating space is there making sure that everyone had a good experience. The seating in the ambience is not much to talk about, but it’s street food and that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Not the best place for a date night, unless it involves bringing food in and sitting on your couch. This place is perfect, no changes necessary not even to the decor.

Our drive from the city was 100% worth it. The chicken schwarma was packed with chicken, hummus etc snd stuffed in a very fluffy pita that is brought in from Israel. The Israeli salad was refreshing (and fresh) and the perfect lunch dish. We grabbed a babka to-go! I think ami is worth the drive and we’ll definitely visit again!

I normally don’t like to be a negative person but for the quantity of food it’s way overpriced and I got kefta kebab which is ground beef for 3 little pieces of ground beef patties I think it’s a little outrageous. On top of that I received a pita that was undercooked I asked for another one and showed how the inside of the bread was doughy. When you pinch it, it was still dough inside. I asked for another piece and it was the same thing. Again, I don’t like to be negative but that’s something that should be quality controlled. Me and my father spent 60-70$ for two bowls and two drinks. Additionally, it’s supper cold. Even the person taking the order was wearing a jacket. Won’t hurt to turn up the heat and get more comfortable chairs. I mean no disrespect but that’s a little outrageous. I eat out all the time. I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable. A pound of ground beef is $7-8 one drink is $5 for a can.

Ami and his staff are so welcoming! It was the most enjoyable experience eating on the patio that has lights, fan and its own menu. EVERYTHING we were served was AMAZING!! Every time we order out or dine in the food is consistent and the service exceptional!
We ate the food before taking more pictures!

Just ate here for the first time and I’m just blown away by the quality and flavor of the food. My husband and I got two different dishes with Lame And both were absolutely fantastic and perfectly cooked. Their hummus was excellent and the pita was nice and fluffy. Will definitely be back to try their falafel.
