Given wrong order (when I called back, the worker blamed the mess up on the call center who took my order). I asked the manager her name and she hung up on me! Then, I opened the breadsticks we got to find one overcooked and the other still doughy! Ick. Worst service and not edible food!

This was one of the most frustrating visits I’ve had at a Little Caesars. The service was extremely slow, and I genuinely felt bad for the girl at the register. She looked like the only person actually working and was clearly overwhelmed. Meanwhile, customers kept piling up.

I saw at least two people cancel their mobile orders, and two more just walked out altogether because of the 20+ minute wait. For a place that advertises “Hot-N-Ready,” the pizza warmers were completely empty. Not a single pizza ready to go. It was a Saturday, and they seemed totally unprepared for it.

I understand things happen behind the scenes and I don’t know every circumstance, but this location was just poorly managed and not organized at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not what you expect from Little Caesars.

BAD Customer Service – I picked this location even though there is one a mile closer to my house because it has a drive thru. I ordered ahead on the app, paid $27, and tipped $2 before arriving. At the speaker I asked to make the pepperoni pizza Crazy Style and said I was fine paying extra. The employee said it was not on the app. I explained they could ring it as a separate order and I would pay the difference. She checked with a manager and came back with we cannot do that. I repeated that a separate order was fine. Long pause. Same answer.

At the window I mentioned that Crazy Style is the reason I come to Little Caesars. The response was only okay while the boxes were handed over. No offer to help, no suggestion, no effort to solve a simple request. I drove 40 minutes round trip for this pizza and left wishing I could take back the tip. Other Little Caesars locations have rung Crazy Style as a separate add on without any issue. This store would not even try. Poor customer service and zero initiative.

Suggestion for management: train staff to handle basic add ons that are not in the app or offer to ring a second order at the window. Small accommodations matter to customers.

Pre-ordered and picked up at drive thru. Realized when we got home that the Twix cookie dessert was not there. Called and spent 15 minutes on hold with no answer. Went back to the store and was told they were out and could not give us a refund. So they gave us our partial order knowing that part of our order was missing and keeping our money. Absolutely unacceptable.

Huffing and Puffing
Rolled up at 2pm and ordered a basic large pep and crazy bread, was told they didn’t have that ready and it would be 10 minutes, asked what they DID have ready, was told “uhhhh nothing” so waited, 20 minutes later was gifted cold pizza and crazy bread. Hot and ready?? Really??

I have been to a lot of Little Caesars. This has been the worst experience by far management where the hell are you? I can’t even blame the employees, unless you set them up to fail. Hot and ready? More like sit and be steady. HORRIBLE. LITTLE CAESARS WHAT ARE WE DOING?

I always order on the app and never had an issue until I started coming to this location. I always order ahead of time and don’t show up until the time its supposed to ready. This location never puts my pizza in until I get there to pick it up and then I have to wait 20-30 minutes for a pizza I ordered ahead for. Its ridiculous. Do not use this location.

There was nothing ready or available in the hot and ready at 12:05 during the lunch multiple times. They claimed it would take 10 to 12 minutes however that was a lie for one pizza. They pulled the pizza out too early making the dough soggy. Save yourself the time and trouble and go next door Burley Burger. They were quite a bit faster every time.

This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve gotten a bad or mediocre pizza from this location. I figured, three times is no longer a coincidence, which is sad because they used to be the best Little Caesars in the area. My pizza today was burnt, with a very thin layer of cheese and barely any sauce. I’m not sure how it even passed inspection. I would have returned it, but I was in the middle of delivering orders and didn’t have time, so I sucked it up and ate what I got. The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible.
