Of ALL the variations of Asian Cuisine, Thai is my absolute favorite, and in this category, Nara Thai Kitchen hits a very high mark. I had the Tom Yum Soup with Chicken , and other than the Chicken being a little drier than I prefer, it was delicious. The Panang Curry Chicken wonderfully flavorful and perfectly seasoned too. I would absolutely come again and bring my friends.

This place gives me mixed feelings. I feel if they wanted, they could make really delicious food but as it is, I feel it just isn’t worth it. Everything my wife and I ordered feels like Nara is cutting corners. The curry is loaded with an insane amount of vegetables and the soup base tastes more watery than creamy. The juice also was filled to the brim with ice and had maybe 4 gulps of actual drink. My duck entre had barely any duck. The crab ragoon is really good though. This place could be really good but I feel they really try to save money by skimping on most dishes.

Laid back, clean, plenty of parking and decent food. The peanut chicken was fried which turned out pretty good. The freshy rolls were both warm and cold which was a new and good experience. The only real complaint was that the tapioca pearls in the milk tea were hit or miss, maybe 1/3 of them were cooked all the way through and were hard or too chewy. One fun quirk is that on the back of the menu they have many of their sauces for sale in sizes up to 24 oz!

I would give this place 5 stars. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. I was alone and wanted a quick good dinner to eat. While I didn’t see the Pho option on the menu, their summer roll and Thai fried rice looked appealing. The price was expected of any Thai restaurant. I spent about $30. Food was fresh and delicious. Their menu has a variety of vegan dishes as well. Would recommend if you like Thai cuisine or want something different

The food here is excellent. We dined in and the service was excellent. The curry was so flavorful and delicious. I got level 1 spice and it was more spicy than I thought it would be, but still delicious! The appetizers and drinks were delicious too!

There’s quite a few Thai places closer to Dayton, but this one here in Xenia is worth the visit as well. The menu here is different than most. Mango and pumpkin are common sights on the menu here, and they have a nice grilled chicken dish. This was a nice find when out further east and I’d definitely come again when nearby.

I am a huge Thia food fan especially their Currys and I give any new place 2 chances before I leave a bad review. Both experiences I had were horrible I threw the food away both times. They have no clue on how to make curry its like water with crunchy vegetables in it and their fried rice is plain and bland with no flavor or spice at all. Save your money go to Thia 9 or somewhere that actually knows what they are doing. If they got a new chef they may actually do well but until then stay away!!!

This was my first time ordering food from Nara Thai, & it won’t be the last..
Playing it safe, I ordered lunch size Pad Thai with chicken. Their spice level is 1 – 4, with 4 being the hottest. I got mine at level 3, it was spicy but not mouth numbing.
I also got got 2 ‘Freshy Rolls’ (summer rolls) with peanut sauce..They were the largest rolls I’ve ever eaten & were awesome!
I only ate one, & saved the 2nd one for dinner. Total cost was $14.98..
