They nailed it — authentic food, live music, and true professionalism
Pal’ Callejon absolutely nailed it with the Puerto Rican food and the live music. The flavors are authentic, well-seasoned, and clearly made with pride — the kind of food that takes you straight back to the island. Every dish felt fresh, traditional, and done right.
The live music elevated the entire experience, creating a vibrant yet welcoming atmosphere that felt joyful and culturally authentic without being overwhelming.
What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding focus on safety and organization. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing and understand what running a successful business is all about — from crowd control to customer care. That level of professionalism makes a huge difference and adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the experience.
Amazing food, great music, and a business that clearly knows its craft. Highly recommended.

This was a random find for my friends and I visiting Orlando for the weekend. What an awesome time! Live Latin music, dancing and an excellent singer! The food was very good with authentic flavors. If in the area, definitely stop by for food and a good time. If you have the itch to dance, check them out.

As we enter the area, the place look very nice and friendly. We sat down and placed an order, and the waiter told us that we had 2 1/2 hours to eat and had to vacate the table because the place gets packed.
If the place gets packed, I notice that there are spaces where they can place more tables but never tell a customer that they have to leave when there time is up. Then to me this is not the place to go out and enjoy drinks, therefore you are missing out on a lot of money that could be made. After they presented the bill, I was going to tip and asked where on the bill can I tip, that’s when they told me that the tip was already included. You are supposed to inform the customers before, not wait to be asked. I rated 1 star because of the time limit.

The owners are awesomely great with their guests. Major crowds. The best live entertainment & exposition to our local/PRican arts & craft artists. Very “homey” feeling.

Outstanding place with live music, food, and beverages. Unfortunately, we were there during the heat wave, and they weren’t open yet, but they allowed us to have a sneak peak. Next time we are in FL for sure.

Great place, great food, great people. Definitely takes me back to the places I would go to with my dad on the weekends in PR. Just a chill spot to relax, get good Puerto Rican food and drinks at a good price, and listen to music. Everyone was very welcoming. They just need a high chair and it will be perfect. The location in the back of Main Street in a little alley makes it feel like a hidden gem.
