Had to wait for roadside assistance while I was in Salem and I am sure glad I made the most of the situation by stopping at this food truck! It’s located in an area where there’s multiple food trucks and ample places to park. I got 2 carne asada tacos and 1 pastor taco. All of it was so good!! It was freshly made. Really nice people running the stand.

Food was so delicious!! We were visiting Oregon from California and wanted some authentic Mexican food, I came across this food truck from TikTok it’s Veracruz style. We came right before they were about to close, and thankfully they still had food to serve us. I ordered a picadita de carne asada and an empanada of chicken and oh my, they were both so good and tasty. Their asada was full of flavor, the chicken in the empanada was shredded but juicy and flavorful. My husband ordered two garnachas and picadita de asada, I had a bite of his garnacha and it was delicious. Cannot forget their sauces they were so good the red one was my favorite spicy but good. My husband and I were very impressed and happy with the food here. They ladies were very nice too!

Such a lovely group of ladies behind the window! They actively stuff so much love into all of their food. The dorados (commonly known in other cultures as taquitos) come in an order of four with chicken inside. Soooo good we ate one before we got a photo.

The food is prepared as it’s ordered. Good things come to those who wait! I’ve been to Las Jarochitas a few times and I the food is not only great quality but delicious. Las aguas frescas are so good specially on a hot sunny day! The staff is friendly and the energy is welcoming. Highly recommend, doesn’t disappoint.
