Old but well maintained burger restaurant with lots of small town flair. The burgers and sides were exceptional and very good, friendly service. We will be back next time we’re in Pawnee

While traveling through Pawnee, we stumbled on the Ranch Burger.
Upon entering this place, we were immediately greeted and then seated in the small but very clean establishment.
After taking our drink orders, we were given menus and told about the daily special.
This is definitely a place for the locals, and it proved, as everyone in the place was extremely friendly,
We started with the small but great salad bar. Again, it was small, but everything was fresh and tasty.
As we provided our waitress with the rest of our order, we started to understand why this place was a favorite amongst the locals.
Our waitress Terrie was incredible!
So much so that we traveled 65 miles back the next day for breakfast.
Ranch Burger is truly a gem.

The food is good most of the time. The chicken fried steak was great the first two times but had a pretty bad one the last time. Breakfast was good and I do like they have a small salad bar.

Absolutely stunned by how AMAZING this chicken bacon ranch wrap is here as it weighs a few lbs and is all meat, not just lettuce! You better be hungry cause this thing is essentially a bacon wrapped chimichanga of awesomeness. I would honestly say its the best wrap I’ve had the pleasure of eating in my 40 years on this earth. The staff is marvelous and sparkle with enthusiasm and kindness. DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE! You will 100% regret it.

I’ve had better experiences here, but recently I feel like it’s been getting worse. Every time I order takeout I am missing something from my order whether it’s drinks or sauces. I feel there is lack of attention to detail when taking my order. My boyfriend and I dined in this time and our bill was almost $33. I had a Philly cheesesteak and my boyfriend had the chicken sandwich. My sandwich had almost no meat, peppers and cheese on it, it was entirely bread. My boyfriend’s chicken sandwich had a little tiny piece of chicken on it. We were both still hungry after because there was just not a lot of food there. Needless to say I cooked when we got home. All and all I feel like it’s a wasted trip of time and money because lately I just get disappointed when I get food from here. I just wish quality would get better and would love to continue to dine here

Was in the area on a random Saturday morning early and needed breakfast. This is one of two places even open at 8am in town. They had good menu options. I had a basic 2 egg breakfast and it was done perfectly. The wait staff gave great service.
The only bad thing was the water… it tasted off somehow and I wasn’t the only person who noticed. I overheard one of the wait staff say that it is town wide issue. Not really sure about that.

Cute place to eat. All I had was their $3 side of mashed potatoes and I was, admittedly, expecting just a little scoop, but they gave me a fat serving that filled me up! They tasted great, too. My dad also got their side of fries and they gave him a whole basket. You get a pretty good bang for your buck here, I think. (They serve chips with their burgers though, which I thought was quirky, but not a fault)

A cheese burger done right is a wonderful thing!
Sometimes they can be found where you least expect them. Serendipity!
We arrived in Pawnee at 1:20 PM. The parking lot at the Circle In, Ranch Burger was still packed with ranchers, farmers and oil field worker’s 4X4 pickups. Absolutely no place to park, so we took care of the business that brought us to Pawnee, and then returned about 45 minutes later.
They had a good special “All you could eat Catfish” but today felt like a cheese burger day. My wife and I ordered two with everything, hold the mayo, add mustard and we split an order of fries. [I grew up in Oklahoma and I still don’t understand why Okies eat mayo on a hamburger??] Anyway, the cheese burger was perfect. A big fresh juicy beef patty, with fresh crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and fresh fries on the side. I ate everything, but the paper lining the basket.
They have a small salad and soup bar. All of the vegetables on the salad bar looked pristine. And one of the cooks brought out fresh soup while we were there.
It is a pleasant little small town diner with very good food and good friendly service. It appears to be where the locals eat. If their breakfast is half as good as their hamburger, it has to be fantastic.
If you are in Pawnee and hungry for a good cheese burger, skip Sonic, don’t wait in line a Click’s, eat where the local eat!

Stopped by with my grandpa and dad. Put in orders and were neglected for almost the whole meal – no water refills. I ordered the biscuits & gravy. About 20 min into our wait for food, waitress said they were out of biscuits. I said ok, just bring the bacon side and add a side of fries. Clearly that was not communicated with the kitchen because we had to pull the waitress halfway through everyone else eating their meals to tell them to cancel the bacon/fries. To add, the burgers had cold buns and were over cooked. While some of the fries were still frozen and on the plate. Needless to say, whenever we pick up grandpa.. we will not be returning to this establishment. Clicks is the way to go.

We were going to stop at Sonic next door, but saw the Ranch Burger sign and decided to try. This is a hidden gem and so glad we decided to go! Amazing burgers and atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and they even have a small gift shop. We’d definitely stop by again.
