Truth I believe his name was deserves a shout out. I came in today after visiting my grandma and decided to stop in. I’m not really from around here, but he made the experience really good. I’ve worked in retail/customer service before, so I can tell when someone knows what they’re doing, and he definitely does. He was super friendly and handled everything smoothly.

I told him I was looking for something low calorie, and he recommended the spinach feta wrap. I tried it and it was SO good I’m obsessed definitely my new go to.

He also kept things moving while I waited and checked in a couple times, which I appreciated. Overall, just a really good experience.

It’s never pleasant to witness a manager publicly reprimanding an employee —
especially when the employee is clearly doing their job well.

Today, at this Starbucks location, we watched the store manager approach the employee at the window and criticize her in front of customers and coworkers.

She had been friendly, efficient, and professional the entire time. There was no
visible issue warranting that kind of treatment.

Regardless of the situation, addressing an employee publicly in that manner is inappropriate and unprofessional.

The employee was visibly shaken and confused, even brought to tears. As customers, we were equally confused, because she had been doing everything right.

At the time of the incident, all staff and most customers in attendance, were visibly looking at each other in confusion and amazement to the situation. This was truly embarrassing and inappropriate.

Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated concern. Over time, the overall experience at this location has noticeably declined. Weekends consistently operate with only two employees, leading to long waits and unnecessary stress on staff.

Chronic understaffing appears to be the norm, not the exception. For a company of this size, basic scheduling and contingency planning for call-outs should be standard.

We genuinely feel for the employees here. They appear overworked, under-supported, and publicly criticized rather than properly led. Leadership sets the tone for a store, and at this location, that tone has become discouraging to witness.

Until there is visible improvement in staffing and management professionalism, we will be taking our business to another location. After today’s experience, we simply cannot continue to support this store.

2 public restrooms, neither have a changing table for changing a baby’s diaper, very disappointing. Staff was nice. Wall art very pretty.

Great Starbucks as usual with wonderful friendly staff. However, because of the the smooth surfaces inside along with the blenders going and the coffee prep and the wooden chair legs dragging on the floor, this becomes a noisy place with the sound reverberating in the coffee shop when busy. If you’re looking somewhere quiet to enjoy your coffee, have a conversation with a friend or perhaps work on the long awaited novel, this is not the place for you – unless you opt to sit outside. Well-worth a visit.

To whoever drew this,

You truly made my day! On Wednesday morning, I ordered a drink before heading to the office. The day before had been exhausting—I was busy working, studying for an exam, and only got two hours of sleep.

I didn’t notice the drawing until I arrived at work, but when I saw it, I couldn’t help but laugh. It was such a cute and thoughtful gesture that brought me a moment of joy. I know how busy you all were serving customers, yet you still took the time to create this. On top of that, the drink was absolutely fantastic!

I just want you to know how much it meant to me. Thank you so much!

I come here almost every other day, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I’ve noticed a significant difference in both customer service and coffee quality depending on the time of day. Mornings tend to be much better—the staff is friendlier, and the coffee is consistently well made. In the afternoons, however, the service can feel rushed and the coffee quality noticeably drops. I hope the management can work on bringing the afternoon experience up to the same standard as the morning shift, specifically on Tuesday.

I had two very different experiences at this Starbucks just a day apart. On Sunday, the customer service was excellent—the person taking my order was warm, attentive, and made the visit genuinely enjoyable. I even left a good tip, feeling appreciated as a customer.

However, Monday was a complete contrast. The staff member taking my order seemed disinterested and curt, which left me feeling more like a bother than a guest. The shift in tone from one day to the next was so stark, it felt like going from heaven to hell.

Consistency in customer service is important, and I hope the team can work on maintaining that great Sunday energy every day.
