At lunch, we adapt our menu and service to best satisfy our customers’ need for expedited service. For dinner, we would like our customers to experience excellent service, great food and enjoy our Italian wines or a drink from our full bar, in other words, “la dolce vita” (the sweet life).

Such an incredible lunch with wonderful service and recommendations from Mac. We had the lunch specials with minestrone souo and breaded cod panini and the mixed green salad with Gorgonzola gnocchi. A delicious Aperol spritz and for dessert a double espresso and a Darjeeling tea with chocolate cake that was a perfect pairing. We can’t wait to go back. Delightful space for a luxurious meal and conversation.

Let me cut to the chase: the service at Baroncini is not particularly fast.
Under normal circumstances, this would not be an issue. Unfortunately, Baroncini holds the distinction of being the only restaurant I’ve ever visited that reminded our table not once, but twice, that the next reservation had arrived (implying we need to wrap it up).
We were somewhat braced for this when calling to make a reservation and being advised, in an offhand kind of way, that we’d have a whole 90 minutes to eat. And it was maybe a little off-putting, but not terribly egregious, to be told around the 85-minute mark that the next reservation was in. To be reminded again at approximately 95 minutes was a bit too much for a restaurant that, while good, is not so outstanding this type of service can be overlooked.
As mentioned above, the food and drinks don’t come out terribly fast. That doesn’t really bother me. When they do come out, they’re the appropriate temperature and the flavor is good. Not spectacular, but pretty good. So, either speed up your kitchen and bar staff, or give us a reasonable time to eat.
We’ll be taking a break from Baroncini for the foreseeable future.

We went here for our anniversary and had a really great time! Our waiter, Grace, was fantastic and really helped us navigate the wine menu. She made some really great suggestions that paired really well with what we ordered. The Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, and Port that we had was really great!
This is a very intimate restaurant with not a ton of seating but they use the space really well. We both really enjoyed our food, and the two desserts we had (tiramisu & cannoli) were very well done!
Overall it was a really fantastic visit and we will definitely be back!

Went here for lunch. Ordered grilled chicken panini. I am allergic to dairy so they offered avocado to replace the cheese, which I appreciate. But they ignored our black paper request, but finally came after we waved several times. They could be short stuffed a bit before the busy season (when semester starts), which is also understandable. Food was tasty. Veggies were very fresh. Dessert was artsy aesthetically.

Fantastic experience! Our server was so friendly and helpful when I asked for slight modifications to my salad, and it was perfect. My friend said her salad was perfect also!
The server even accommodated my request for a strawberry lemonade (perfectly mixed).

Ordered the truffle pasta and seafood pizza. Truffle pasta was pretty good but the seafood pizza was disappointing. Shrimp and scallops didn’t taste fresh and way too much cheese. Everything slid off the crust the moment I tried picking it up.
