Don’t get the Old Italian! It comes with Dry Cured Capicola, Sharp Provolone & Prosciutto. Dry cured meats don’t belong in an Italian. All the meats were dry, the seeded bread was dry. It was basically tasteless, with a slightly salty meat aftertaste. Boring, and I’ll never order it again. I didn’t finish eating it. It doesn’t come close to being as good as another sub chain from Jersey. Based on what I’ve heard, you will have better luck with one of the cutlets.

I was there for the grand opening and very pleased with my visit. The cheesesteaks i ordered are top quality and the employees were very courteous. Definitely recommend ordering out as it’s a small place with very limited seating. Highly recommended!

I have ordered from other Primos franchises and have never been disappointed until today. My roll was so hard it was crumbly. Heel was rock hard. Called to convey my disappointment and manager argued a bit that roll was freshly made. It was not. Will not go back. Will travel to Collegeville or Phoenixville.

Grand opening day was today, they had a special $6.99 all day primo size sandwich. I placed the order online before 5PM, it stated the pick up time was at 6:30PM, when I arrived at that time to pick up my order, the store was packed with people waiting to pick up their online order. People in there was saying they had been waiting for 2 hours long to pick up their online order, I thought to myself ok it’s the first day I will give them some slack. Well as time 2 hours goes by after standing in the store my order was still not ready, they were telling people that walk in order will take 2 hours which is unheard of. You can see the workers were very unorganized in the way they making the sandwich without going through the proper order, there must had been around 6-7 people making sandwich and it takes 2 hours just to finish one sandwich which people waited for 2 hours long. This is the longest I had ever waited for food in my entire life, they knew they would get a lot of order with the special, management should had prepare better or trained in a better way to make sandwich. The store itself is very clean, but the first impression was so bad that I would have to wait maybe 4-5 months and let the figure out how to run a store before going back to try again. I ordered 7 sandwiches, 2 of them were the bada bing which comes with broccoli rabe, when I got home and opening the sandwich it was nothing but just the cutlet, how the hell can that happen on both of them? It was insane. They need to have a serious discussion on how to be more efficient and run the store better. Today was an absolute nightmare for customer at night. I am not even sure why people are giving. 5 stars review when the store wasn’t even open until today,

Really lovely exchange after a rough day. Service was friendly and kind. Place was clean and easy to find. And the food as always was delicious. I plan on making this place a regular spot for picking up dinner on my way home from long days of driving 8-))

I guess I should have trusted the other reviews and gone somewhere else. Our first time ordering here and we ordered 2 hoagies with unseeded rolls. The one came with seeds. When I called, I spoke with someone who asked my info and then put me on hold. Someone else picked up, and I explained again and they said that it was an online order with a seeded roll and that’s it – end of story even though my husband insists that he ordered unseeded. I’m not sure if it was an issue with their online system, but if you have medical issues with seeds, don’t order here.

I used their online ordering system to order a turkey sandwich with a seedless bun. There is a bug in their online system that isn’t passing the bread option on to the stores correctly. I received a sandwich with a seeded bun. When I called to inform them of the mistake, I was met with hostility immediately off the bat. That’s wild. I understand software bugs happen so to be told it was my mistake as I was the one who placed the online order was certainly a choice. This was also my first time trying this location.
I do not recommend this location. I now understand why it was dead during dinner rush when the other restaurants in the area are doing fine. My advice: Giovanni’s, Amore’s, and Ice House have better staff and better hoagies.
