We love this Pizza Hut. Mehar and Chris make the best pizzas. We come in at least once a week to get personal pan pizzas and cannot say enough good things about them. Pizza Hut is always our “pizza of choice.”

I ordered my food off door dash and my wife went to go pick it up. I’ve never had an issue placing it for pick up through door dash. It took over an hour to receive the order and the lady manager kept telling my wife the order in the box was not hers. At first she wasn’t even helping the front counter and just sitting on the computer. And the order had just been sitting in the heat box for 25-30mins and she kept saying it wasn’t her order which it was under my name. My wife is very upset and I am beyond furious, there’s no reason it should be that big of an issue with doing your job. There’s a few good employees at that pizza hut but now the newer ones are doing a terrible job.

Called customer service line and was told I would receive call back from supervisor/manager in 1-3 business days back when it happened. Never received call, I can really tell now how much this company cares about complaints, they lost my business.

This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut store, I’ve ever been to. The store manager Irfan, is very rude, incompetent, and speaks over every thing I try to say. I went there last night, and order a few items, different transactions, and the cashier who seems to be from another country and the store manager were ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! Not to mention, my pizza that I spent $13.99 on was messed up and made wrong. I dont recommend anyone to go to this location. Very poor staff!!! If I could give 0 star, I definitely would.

We order from this Pizza Hut all the time and it’s always good but today it was horrible, the pizza was bland and dry and although we ordered the hand tossed crust it was really thin. Just hate to pay good money for bad food.

Ordered a large pizza special and asked for it to be well done. It took over an hour to get it delivered. When my pizza arrived it was undercooked, smashed, and luke warm. I asked the driver what happened to my pizza and he said “i don’t know another pizza was on top of it”. I asked him to call his manager and he told me that he couldn’t call because his phone went dead. I tried calling the store and the recording said the call wouldn’t go through. Now its after midnight and the store is closed. I worked late and didn’t eat so pizza seemed to be the easiest thing. So $25 later and I am still hungry and I didn’t even get an apology from the driver. So disappointed and will NEVER order pizza here again.

Very friendly staff, I made a mistake on my order and went to another location but the Friendswood branch was very understanding and accommodating, they saved my order until I picked it up the following day, I highly recommend this location for their kindness and service. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Witnessed the guy making pizzas yell at a customer that was just there to get his wings that were sitting in the warmer. They answer the phone rudely and hang up on people. They will tell you 15 minutes and you will wait an hour. Just an AWFUL experience all around. Will never go back.
