I was so excited to see the new dish was shrimp and beef! I got back to my place and got it all ready to eat and ate a few bites and noticed something off…..I found hairs…not just one either, like a whole chunk!!! So gross.

Got fried rice orange chicken and grilled chicken, only had 5 pieces of orange chicken and like 4 pieces of grilled, what the heck, I go to panda often but if this is how you guys are serving guests I will not be back. I usually go to the 71st and Mingo location and will only go back there from now on.

Service was good and attentive. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the door. Atmosphere was clean and what was expected. I took off for food freshness and quantity. It was about 2:45P and I assume plenty of time to stock back up on fresh food. Several options were empty, and several more options had food that looked many levels below fresh. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp / Orange Chicken 1/2 rice 1/2 noodle. The noodle portion and rice portion was skimpy. Maybe 4 bites out of noodles. They use to fill these containers nicely.

It was excellent, the staff was patient, friendly and quick. The food was good too. The place was super loud so I had a hard time hearing the staff but thats just how the public is lol. Will go again sometime.

I now understand why this location has a low rating. Please do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant or if you have to eat at this location go inside to make sure your portion is right. I went through the drive in and ordered a Beijing beef bowl and unfortunately I didn’t look in the bag before I pulled off. Once I was at my destination I looked at two of my orders and noticed you could see more rice at the top than you should. Once I set the portion to the side the real ugly side of this order showed up in that 90% of my bowl was rice. I don’t think the workers would dare try to give a portion of this size if they had a customer in front of them in store. Don’t disrespect customers in the drive through with small portion sizes.

I included a picture and I will admit that I took a bite of rice before the picture was taken but even still you can see how much rice is in the bowl and how little of the main entree they included.

The last time I ordered panda I paid $60.00 and did not get 1 pack of soy sauce. No napkins and I didn’t recieve the two drinks I ordered. It was too late to call for they were closed.
Last Friday night I again wanted Panda. I did the order on Uber eats . I was offered a 7$ coupon. I did my order and noticed the delivery address was something I had never seen before. It literally was a strangers address. I notified the delivery driver. I called the store to ask the manager if he would make good on my drinks. I was told by the manager if I came into the establish
Ent he would honor the drinks. I complained about the lack of sauces in my last order. I was told I had to request them. I never saw where to order sauces. Infact I was never asked. I told him. To please include soy sauce. I also told him I saw the wrong address on my order. He never asked me what the correct address was and I was so made I paid 6 dollars for drink plus tipped the driver. The driver followed my instructions and my food was delivered pretty quick.again I tipped. I swear nothing but food in the sack. No soy sauce no silverware, no napkins, no address corrected, and no drinks. I will never order Uber eats for I was charged and additional 9.99 for a subscription that was supposed to be free the 1st month. My phone immediately declared the website to be malicious. So I won’t be on the app anytime soon . Still we need

Absolutely horrid. Long story short they forced my unsteady older mother to carry out three full orders of food because she DARED to try to help them by asking if they knew that we had two orders going to the same car. I ran in to help and was yelled and cursed at by the whole crew after THEY gave away my sister’s order and claimed it was stolen. Like they can’t take it if YOU DON’T HAND IT TO THEM!

And after all that the corporate number they hung up on us!

I went to this location today 11/14/25, I placed my order online at 11:34 and got a text message at 11:36 that my order was ready but I selected pickup at 11:47. When I arrived i asked if my food was sitting there for 10 minutes and the first girl said yes then someone else came up and said it was just made, I asked “so you mark orders off before they are even made?” And that lady said yes, which i feel is unacceptable as well and can cause errors with the orders if you’re bumping them off screen before they are done. The first lady also said to me “so what’s the question?” And I said that I just want to make sure my food is going to be hot!! I requested sweet and sour sauce and they only gave me 1 packet for my whole plate (2 entrees and 1 side). I got to my car and felt all the food and it was not fresh, more like warm and the bag was wet from sitting so long with the condensation. They were not friendly. I also couldn’t do the survey indicated on the receipt because they do not include the store number or the 24 digit order number on the receipts, I even tried to look up the store number to no avail and the ones I did find wouldn’t work. I’ve had issues with this location before but after being told my food did sit for 10 minutes on an open counter surface, I won’t be going back.

The food was as expected. The window person was extremely short and rude. We did an online order, waited an additional 15 minutes past pickup time. Would’ve given an 2 stars if they didn’t forget the chopsticks. Make the effort and go to the panda on 71st.
