Haven’t been here in a while, took a risk tonight and remembered why. Pretty gross experience. Tossed it in the trash. Cold food that’s been sitting around, hardly any meat in the tacos, maybe a tablespoon at best. Soft shell was hard and crunchy like it sat out all day. I tried the cheddar fries and they were soggy and cold, ordered a large and got maybe half the amount you should, again, disgusting. No sauce but got a million napkins. Guy at the drive through window spent WAY too much time hidden behind the wall with my debt card. I can expect bogus charges now as their workers are probably stealing card info. Steer clear of this place. No, really.

Went through the drive-through and Spencer was a phenomenal associate with excellent customer service and a pleasant vibe about him. I drive almost 3 miles further from a Taco Bell on the west side just to experience the service I get at the Mount Rushmore Taco Bell in Rapid City. Being someone who ran a Hardee’s that was 24 hours for many years myself, it’s good to see people like Spencer still giving good customer service with A positive And caring attitude!! Thank you, Spencer!!!

The service in the drive-through was bad. The young girl acted like she didn’t want to be there and had an attitude issue. After several failed card transactions things got worse. The attitude was terrible and it was the card terminal that was broken not our several cards she tried. Then we get home and all the food was cold and soggy. The meat wasnt fresh and several taco damage and throw together sloppyy. The way the food was prepared and the freshness was poor. Even the way the tacos and burrito wrappers poorly done and several food wrappers dirty on the outside and should never be served this way. Very disappointing dinner and waste of money and time. No napkins and no Taco sauce. Poor Quality!!

Girl wearing the purple hat was crouching (shoes on) on the table that they set food on for drive thru, while punching orders into a screen that was too high? The table of which is also touching the table they finish preparing food on. And there was hair in my food.

I hadn’t had Taco Bell for almost two years and I couldn’t have had a worse experience. I know they’re short staffed but look at these tacos. They’re supposed to be supreme. When we told them about it they brushed us off. It was really sad. I hope they can improve in the future.

Hair in two separate tacos, on top of them being out of black beans which they always seem to be, and leaving out several customized ingredients that were extra. When we called they essentially said it was our fault for going there. Go to the one on North Street, even the manager of this store will tell you they’re better and used to train. To the manager of this store: get yourself and your employees to that training store, ASAP!

We went through the drive through and the guy who took our order was very nice. We haven’t been to a Taco Bell in years so he answered some questions we had and was super helpful. The food looked VERY good and the food was GREAT. The cheesy chalupa was great!

Tried ordering on the app and after I received my notification that my order was ready I still had to wait 15 minutes. Ordered box of supreme taco first five had three or less tomatoes on them and one had no meat. This Taco Bell seems to be going down hill recently.
