I love coming here! The service is fast, the food is tasty, and it doesn’t feel like I’m overpaying for food! Will say, sometimes it’s packed and sometimes it’s not; however, that’s never affected the speed of service. I’ve both dined in and ordered to go, and never had a problem with them!

Yummy yummy yummy! Every time come over for food, food is fresh and delicious. There’s too much options from Sushi menu to Grill menu and even more… every time I ate full of mouth, stirred fried Wudon noodle, poke bowl and dragon roll is my favorite ordered every visit. Today I tried something new: sesame chicken. The taste really surprised me, crispy, tender and juicy. How could the chef cooked such a delicious like this, will add to my favorite list. Service is always excellent in hospitality manner. Definitely Wasabi is one of the best restaurant in Madison, of sure my favorite restaurant.

Wasabi Township for dinner!! Cute little modern chain branch that serves up bento boxes, sushi and hot Japanese dishes. They had a roll I haven’t seen before, it looked good on the menu and sounded unique so I got it. The Filet Mignon Roll. Tender filet, marinated with their special recipe sauce, cooked on top of snow crab roll, topped with scallion, roe, eel sauce and spicy mayo. WOW! This was FABULOUS!!! Everything was VERY GOOD!!! Thank you!!

Wasabi NEEDS TO CLOSE IF THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU DECENT SIZE PORTIONS. I ORDERED DINNER HABACHI SALMON NO RICE AND PAID EXTRA FOR MORE VEGETABLES. THIS LOOKS LIKE A LUNCH PORTION AND NO EXTRA, WHICH I PAID FOR. I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST MIND AND ORDERED FROM LITTLE TOKOYO IN MADISON!!!

I found this place on Uber Eats/Door Dash before I went in person. The food was really good, I got a few sushi rolls and the chicken katsu curry as takeout. It definitely did not disappoint even being take-out!

I then decided to eat in for dinner. It is a bit small in house, but I had no issues getting seated. The food was really good and the service was fast and friendly.

I got a sushi combo that came with miso soup. I also got gyoza to finish it off. If I had more room, I would’ve gotten more but everything I ate was surprisingly filling. Would highly recommend!

Plenty of sushi roll options to choose from and you can request changes to the rolls to fit your taste. I really liked that they had options like noodle dishes and plates. The staff was really nice and the food came out so quickly. At the sushi bar you can watch them make the rolls and it’s really fascinating! I’m always one to try out the dumplings and these did not disappoint. The dumplings were perfect they didn’t break apart and they were not tough. They were perfect consistency! The garlic dipping square was so good! I went with a crunch roll with extra crab on top and spicy Mayo.

A favorite spot in Madison! We are here….often haven’t had a bad experience yet- which is why we keep coming back.

Update 1/25- came back and tried all new food. The highlight was the wasabi nacho appetizer (pretty sure that’s the name) we are going to try to recreate it at home this appetizer is second to the crazy salmon which will always be my favorite.

Update : 11/25- the eel bowl is so good. The eel is fall apart tender and so delicious. It is so warm and cozy, especially on a chilly night.

I couldn’t decide what to order so I asked my server to make me whatever the chef recommended. I told him I liked salmon and spicy tuna sushi. He did not disappoint. I got a super salmon roll and loved it. I don’t particularly like seared salmon but I enjoyed it. I’ll see if they can serve it unseared next time. Hubby got some ramen and it was amazing. I’m really picky when it comes to ramen broth but I really enjoyed the sample my hubby gave me. 10/10 highly recommend. Hopefully we’ll get to go again.

Really nice restaurant the service was excellent and the food was delicious. I can tell you the chicken teriyaki which was a recommendation from our server was delicious.
The teriyaki sauce was very yummy
The only downside was the salad. The tradition of the sun wasn’t the best.
