Ordered some adult chicken tendies with Uncle Rico. Not only were the tendies delicious, but the BEST DELIVERY FRIES EVER! Everything was crispy, hot, and get in my mouth. Delivery was way quicker than expected on a snowy night. Delivery driver awesome! Mike, the owner. Keep it up! Thank you!

Wings are always overcooked/burnt, expensive and overrated. Took 1.5 hours to get our order and we only live 8-10 minutes from them. We will not order from them ever again, instead, i’ll just drive up to bdubs and pick my order up, way better wings for the same price. If i could give a 0 i would. Picture shows how overcooked and dry they were, and, they were supposed to be garlic buttered.

Not only did they forget my sandwich in the original order I had to drive back down to get it they put carrots on the chicken steak and cheese sandwich and then proceeded to tell me they’d don’t know how that would happen and that they’d make me another one to which I’d have to drive back down for a third time because they can’t get an order right the first time or second I will never order here again

Wings are good, but absolutely terrible service tonight. I placed an online order and received verification that it would be ready at 6:30. My husband went to pick them up and he said it would be 5-10 minutes. My husband waited over an hour and a half continuously being told they would be out soon. They never even started the order! They refunded the order and he left without dinner for our kids. I get they got busy, but continuously saying it is going to be out when in fact you did not start it is awful.

Have ordered from here 3 times and twice they have gotten one of my wing flavors completely wrong (2 or 3 different flavors per order). For the price of my orders ($60+) plus tip even for a pickup order, I am disappointed by the lack of attention to what is ordered vs given to the customer.
The reason for two stars instead of one is the wings are cooked well.

Ordered wing online went to go pick them up man smoking out front no one in the place lady at the counter had to go outside to get the man smoking I guess he was the cook they never made the Order . I had to wait 15 minutes while he made them.
Very poor service especially when not busy
This is my 3rd time to this location and I don’t understand why I keep coming back.
I think I learned my lesson.
I just don’t know how they stay in business.

I have had great experiences at other BSB locations so I didn’t read reviews for this one before ordering and that is my fault. I would not order from here again.
I placed a $200 online pickup order at 11:15 am and and when I arrived at 12 noon no one was the there. The doors were locked and building was empty. Hours are 11am-9pm.
I received no response for over 2 hours regarding my order.
When they did call me, they said the building had no power so they couldn’t open. They acted like somehow I should have known this?
Then why was the online ordering open?
Why was their no sign on the door?
Why was there no voicemail set up that stated this information so I wasn’t just standing there wondering where my order was?
Why did the website let me make an order if the location wasn’t opening today?
Why didn’t the manager catch my order come through and cancel it before I drove 35 minutes?
I ended up calling the Beechview location to attempt to rush my order and they were incredibly accommodating and I would go out of my way to that location from now on. Don’t go to this location.

Don’t order Big Shots through Doordash. Waited over an hour and a half for our order. Called the Canonsburg location multiple times which is where our order was being placed from. Was told it was already delivered which it wasn’t. The lady said she would call us back to see where the delivery driver was. Never received a phone call back. Called again off a different number and they picked up for them only to tell us we lied about when we placed the order. Insanity. Love their wings but their service sucks and the delivery guy shows up high smelling like weed so yeah… just go pick up your order.
