For god sakes put your phone down, pulled up to the drive thou to place my order. The cashier having a full blown conversation on the phone over the intercom, ignores what said so I repeat my order for a second time and still gets it wrong like cmon on now. At this point it’s my fault for trusting them to actually get my order right. Get my order and drive off. It’s the wrong thing. If I can give negative stars it would be -5/5

I placed an online order. When I arrived, I pulled into the drive thru, and they told me to pull around to the window. A truck was parked between the two drive thru windows just sitting there with the engine off. I went inside so I could get my food and told the cashier – she didn’t told me the grill wasn’t working and they had to use the oven, but didn’t mention that it would take longer. It took 30 minutes to receive my order that I placed 10 minutes before arriving to the store in the app and there wasn’t anyone in line in front of me. There were 4 workers there and a man that wasn’t even working there had a headset on. It was a mess. Not to mention, the app double charged me and they gave me a cheeseburger instead of nuggets. All around bad experience. Would not recommend.

I just got home with my order. One combo was $15 and the other was just under $10. We upgraded to onion rings instead of fries. The onion rings are ROCk HARD. They are so old and hard they could break a tooth. So nasty. To top it off they didn’t put a receipt in the bag….. wonder way.

I live an hour away, pulled in at 9:20 only to be told they were closed when their sign says they are open. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and asked when they would be opening back up since I figured they could be counting drawers or what have you. She told me they aren’t opening back up because they are cleaning. I’ve never heard of a business closing during regular business hours for cleaning without posting some kind of advertisment on the drive thru and doors.

Over 25 min wait, missing items, and what I did receive was super col/soggy. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced from this franchise. Avoid this location.

Terrible. Extremely slow, took 10 minutes for them to ask for my order, and i was the only customer there, they took 30 minutes to make my order, and another 15 to give me my order. People standing around on their phones, others just staring. Just bad. Terrible Service.
