going to give them the benefit of the doubt here as they just opened, but my advice is, if you order anything other than a standard item on the menu, check to be sure they got it right. I placed an online order for a sandwich with no mayo and extra meat (both special instructions were not followed and I received a sandwich with mayo and normal meat). They are clearly new so I called to inform them and use it as a training tool – the manager offered to make it right on my next visit, so at least they do care.
I was kind of able to remove the mayo, but the extra meat I paid for still was missing… so again, just advise you to check anything with a special request.
I work in Princeton, so I will go back as I love E&G and will be nice to add to my options for lunch. I’ll update the review as they improve!

New restaurant in Coborn’s so very clean when I went (twice). Service was great both times too. Food on the other hand is a different story.
The sandwiches just are not good compared to even Subway in my opinion. The soups are just as bad/mediocre and the soups offered at the deli seem better to me. Maybe the same but fresher? End of the day it cost more than other options in the area with a lot less value.

The spartan was so fresh! The tangy mustard was a delish sauce, I also tried the Mac n cheese and the limited time chicken Alfredo tortellini soup! I loved it! I’m kinda sad it isn’t a regular menu item.
They have lots of good options for sandwiches and soups, the restaurant is open and connected to coborns. Seats are comfy if your staying for a short time.

I went through the drive through today to get a sandwich and soup. I ordered the chicken dumpling soup and recieved 1 dumpling and 1 piece of chicken. The rest was broth with a few small pieces of carrot and celery. Extremely upset ar what I paid for my “bowl” of soup. What a rip off!!!

Place was nice and fast paced. I thought the customer survice was great. However i dont think one of my subs were done properly portion wise. Pay a lot of money for a cheese steak sandwhich and there wasnt anything on it compared to the full loaded pictures that is advertised.

I don’t normally leave a review prior to leaving a place but this is so bad. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for almost 20minutes and counting for one sandwich and drink that was ordered ahead. Have never waited so long in my life for something. Have seen food being handed back and forth multiple times to other people in front as if orders have been wrong. I’m on my lunch break and will probably be late getting back to work, costing me more money and will have to eat while working. Not sure how the food will be either given the amount of incorrect things that have seemed to transpire with other customers in line.

They are the biggest rip off of a sandwich shop ever. They should be sued like subway for false advertisement..the sandwiches do not have the portions of the pictures at all. Little portion of meat. Chili photo shows a thick meaty chili..you get a watered down version with little ingredients. I’m contacting legal advice.

We ordered food online for the office & just like others have said, I don’t think they even look at special requests – 2 tuna subs, were supposed to have extra tuna on them, it hardly looked like any was on them. Another sandwich was supposed to have no tomato & light on mayo & ranch, you guessed it, had tomatoes & looked like extra mayo & ranch. We really wanted to like the “new” place in town, but with these issues, probably won’t be back.

Ordered thru the app and got a free sandwich because of it. Ordered 3 sandwich’s, 2 cookies, & the 32 oz Chicken Alfredo tortellini soup. Soup was pretty good (just needed some salt). Sandwich’s were nothing special but they were edible and they managed to get the add on ingredients correct. Glad I checked my order before driving away cuz they forgot to give me the cookies. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again.
