This location is very close to my job, I love this place because the service is excellent and Sonia is very helpful and always taking care of every guest.
Every time I come in through the door I feel the nice environment, they make my food with love. My order is always accurate and never missing items when I order online. I can also say that this location is very clean, the employees are always cleaning the tables right after someone left a table. The line is also clean and the manager who is in change is stocking when something it’s starting running out.
To be honest the service is stunning, and I never complain, I even recommend this place to some of my friends.
I love to see the way they roll up my burrito, the food never comes out.

Hardin Valley Salsarita’s is the best of this franchise in the area. The team works so well together. I notice a strong work ethic. The food is good and the bar so clean. Each team member is so service-oriented and friendly. Thank you for creating an atmosphere of hospitality every day. I’ve been here during the busy lunch rush and in the middle of the afternoon and the service is the same!!

I went to Salsarita’s and it was really good. The food tasted fresh, especially the chicken and the toppings. I liked that you can pick everything you want, so it’s easy to make it how you like it. The portions were big, so I felt like I got my money’s worth.
The staff was nice and the place was clean. It didn’t take long to get my food at all. It’s a very good spot to grab food with friends.

Ordered a burrito chips and queso to be dropped off. The queso exploded all over the chips but the chips were soggy like it was like this for awhile. Burrito had no cheese sour cream or queso and was so dry. $30 in the garbage!

I know this store for a long time, every time I go there, the service is amazing, I always get a quesadilla for my husband and he always like it. The ladies there are kind and we always laugh together, they just sold me a gift card and it is a very good deal. I like to accumulate my point for when I go to my whole familia, I can use them. This location is always impeccably clean and the staff are some of the friendliest in Knoxville. Always kind and patient. I use a cane and the person behind the counter always insists on carrying my tray to my table for me. You can’t ask for better service than that.

I don’t know if this is strange or not, but I typically judge a restaurant by how clean its restrooms are, and I have yet to visit a Salsarita’s with one that isn’t pristine.
My current schedule doesn’t permit me the time I need to cook, so I am mostly reliant upon convenience food for the time being. This is the only option in the area that doesn’t load up their food with preservatives which I’m incredibly sensitive to. I have not read their ingredient list, but the food seems to be minimally processed, which is always a big hit for me. Frankly, if there were an equivalent competitor in the area (like Cava or Chipotle), I would still come to Salsarita’s, because I prefer the portion sizes there. They’re also the only restaurant I’ve been to with actual hot sauces (every time I get a little cup of either ghost pepper or Carolina reaper salsa to clear out my sinuses).
The chicken is always well cooked and everything looks and tastes like it was prepared the day-of. The staff is incredibly friendly and even entertains me enough to let me practice Spanish with them a little. I’ve never had a poor experience here in the past three years I’ve lived in the area: not even a mediocre experience. I always leave feeling satisfied and nourished and never have any stomach aches, indigestion, or acid reflux.
