Be careful if you do not look Peruvian. Today my husband and I visited this restaurant, I rarely visit Patterson but when I come it’s for their food, we have gone to other restaurants in the area and wanted to try this one this time. Everything was okay, food was good and service was fine until the bill came. The gentlemen that provided me the bill folded the bill in half which was hand written and waited for my card never placed it down for me to see. I gave him the card and wonder how the bill was so high. He came right away with the card receipt and asked me to sign, again not giving me any time to process how much in tip I should leave. Right away he said can you just leave me cash? I am leaving soon. I said okay and sign. After he left I was able to find a menu and check the prices. There was more than 10 dollars extra added to our bill. I asked the gentleman to explain how he got to the original price and he blamed it on the person on the cash register saying he added the tip and he (the server was unaware). Which was not true since I had seen the original hand written receipt he wrote. Anyway my husband (very white and American) and I have seen a lot of this type of tactics often from Peruvians. I am Peruvian and hate to see this. Anyways please do better

Terrible. The order was not what I asked for I asked to send it back the waiter refused and started arguing with me. I told him i wasn’t going to eat it he did not care and charged me the food anyway. Bill was extremely high for what I ordered. There are many Peruvian restaurants to eat at in Paterson. Stay away from Tia Delia!

We stopped in to see the Paterson Falls and this little corner restaurant caught our eye. The meals were delicious and unique to our American food styled taste buds! Not a lot of English is spoken in this quaint Peruvian restaurant, but it’s worth the trip.

I’ve been visiting this Peruvian restaurant for years, and it never disappoints. It’s truly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the lomo, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and just melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The staff is always polite, friendly, and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better.
Highly recommend this place if you’re in Paterson—it’s a must-visit! Plus, it’s conveniently close to the Great Falls, so perfect for a meal after exploring the area. I’m giving it five stars without hesitation!

I wanted the authenticity and this is the place you get it. Not in a position to judge peruvian cuisine, but for the first timer tastes good. Specially the desert.

I was looking for something quick to eat for breakfast, and I came here based on the Google reviews. I opted for the Causa Rellena. It was fresh, delicious, and tasty, and flavors were spot on. There are a lot of other interesting dishes on the menu, and I would definitely come back.

Don’t understand the hype over this place. With many other options available in Paterson, this would be last one I go to. Food is okay but the quality isn’t there. I would avoid this one
