This was my first time eating here and I must say that the food is so so good, way more than what I expected (cause walking in me and my bf are the only asians). The food portion is hughhh and the staffs are super friendly. We ordered a ramen bowl and a curry rice bowl but could only finish the ramen bowl. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely come back!!!

I was traveling through Tallahassee and stopped in curious about a sushi burrito.
I ordered the OC with sushi rice.
I loved that they described me instead of asking for my name.
It was much bigger than I expected. Delicious. Would definitely come in agian and try other burritos.

I stopped by recently and the vibe was super chill—very modern and clean, but still had a good energy to it. It’s the perfect place for a quick mid-week lunch or a low-key dinner date.
Honestly this is one of my favorite restaurants in Tally. Everyone is super nice, the music is always on point, and the food is fantastic.
I’ve never had anything from here that I haven’t loved. Their poke bowls, ramen, and sushi burritos come in insane portions and it’s always fresh. Whenever I have leftovers I need to beat my siblings back with a stick to keep them from eating it. Eat here and you won’t regret it. 11/10

Great atmosphere. The employees are always very nice and helpful. I got the all about pork and it’s hands down the best ramen I’ve had in town! The broth alone was delicious! Last week I got the Bulgogi and and it was fire! I’m definitely going back tomorrow to get a free gyoza with my all about pork after the girl up front informed me about their Sunday Ramen Special! And it was so cute seeing the employees in halloween costumes! Definitely going back!!!

I’m going to drop a hard truth. Tallahassee is not a big city. I was born in one of those cities that States are known for but instead of a state it was a Province and it was called Toronto Canada. When I wanted a Karaage Don in Toronto, I had options on where I wanted to get it from at any time of day. I ate so many Karaage Dons in Toronto I actually put on a little weight. No matter the meal I was met with my marvel.
Welcome to the new world, I think six months into living in Tallahassee, I may never eat a Karaage Don again.
And then we passed Boru Boru on Sunday evening. Micheal was with me and that usually means we’re up to no good (spending money we don’t have on food). Gosh wouldn’t you know it well, I learned Mr. Micheal had never eaten a Sushi Burrito and what’s more was that he was hungry. I said shucks, or something like shucks, and ushered us past Cane’s to somewhere new to us both.
Popular but not too busy, we entered eager. Looking at the menu, laughing with the staff, I discovered something special: Popcorn Chicken on rice is another way to say Karaage Don. Was I satisfied? Let’s just say Florida State University is paying me to study creative writing and teach English composition and I will be using that money to eat at Boru Boru instead of buying course books. Why? Because AI can’t summarize a sushi burrito.

This place is amazing! The portions are extremely generous, the prices are good, and so is the quality. The quality of the raw fish is much better than many other places in Tally. The staff is very friendly and the environment is very pleasant.
