Stopped by for the first time with my 12yr old son, having no idea what to expect. It was a blast and lost track of time. Virtual Golf is the main game but also can do other sports and shooting games in that bay. Rents by the hour with better rates during the week. Full bar and limited food menu.

This is our second time being to Game On Virtual Lounge. Each time we have only played golf and have enjoyed our time. It is the perfect atmosphere to hang out and have a great time. This place was incredibly disappointing. It’s new, clean and the decor is fantastic. However our games were not working. We tried multiple games/sports. We asked to switch to a different bay to see if that one was working better. It was not. It felt like a total waste of money. The person helping us was very young and when we complained he wasn’t much help. He said sometimes it doesn’t work. He did a little troubleshooting but gave up easily. We had a party of 6 and none of us were able to play any of the games successfully even after trying two different bays. They admitted that the guns never worked right for the shooting games. The woman working the bar and waiting tables was in a bad mood and had poor customer service. She never smiled and acted irritated any time we asked for something. I understand people have a bad day but it definitely contributed to our bad experience. I had to go to her twice to ask for things that she should have provided. We won’t be back and we will be telling people to go somewhere else for this type of entertainment.

We had our office work Christmas party here a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING! The food, atmosphere, and entertainment was great. If you are looking for a place to have a get together or party this is your place. The catering was super easy and you get to pick from multiple restaurants for your options. Everything was ready on time and all team members were great!!! Get your GAME ON in Roanoke!

Went here with a group of friends. Took them 10 minutes to set up one of the bays because it wasn’t working. Then dropped the time down quite a bit even though we hadn’t even started playing yet. The games are fun and the pizza was good. Practically the only thing saving the review. The service was bad. They either need one more person out front or need to kick it into overdrive. Place has a lot of potential but I would question going back due to poor service. They have a service light for the bays when you want someone to come over and get drinks, food, or whatever. Ours was on for almost a half hour before we got service. Price range isn’t bad but service needs to improve.

If you’re here for competitive games, don’t bother! The sensors obviously haven’t been calibrated and are ridiculously out of skew! My bother was literally hitting perfect bullseyes for archery and it kept calling him out of bounds. The golf and bowling wasn’t much better. The shooting games were unplayable because the guns were all broken. But it is clean, the bar and food was good, and we still managed to have a good time.

Will not be back. No instructions on how to use the sim, sim had multiple issues due to a “software update”. Food was mediocre. Scheduled a 3 hour session and left an hour into it, 20 minutes of that spent figuring out sim and having staff try to fix it.

There was a big selection of games but no game audio. The complete silence was slightly awkward, wouldn’t recommend as a first date unless you plan to get comfy with some drinks. Rated 3 stars rather than 1 because I enjoyed chatting with staff, they were friendly!

For our family Christmas present we take our family somewhere to spend time, have fun, and eat. We have ages from 60 to 2.
This year we chose Game On an it was great. We reserved the place for 3 hours as a private party. We had food and drink scheduled, an open bar and games, games, games.
The service was awesome. Tasha and Nick were our hosts and assisted all as needed. (They became part of the family) The food was delivered hot and on time. The food was from the Pizza patio.
Everyone played games for all 3 hours.
The place is clean and well maintained. It has an outdoor patio, plenty of seating and 5 game bays.
The entire family loved it!
