The new remodeled Pizza Hut is awesome, we go at least once a month & never disappointed. The food is always fresh, prices r reasonable, & the staff is very accommodating.
Update 9/4/2022 Frankie this evening provied quality customer service. We are excited to have the TVs back up and running to add to the environment

Because of the amazing customer service and the food is on point, it would not be fair to drop a star just because the current owners of this location has given up on creating a welcoming environment. When they had their TVs all up and running with sports and funny shows it was fun to bring friends and family. We visited more often. Now we barely visit. Hopefully 1 day they will get back to that happy place.

Apparently anyone can just call in or the store itself can decide to not fill an online order in advance without verification. App will still tell you it’s coming but you won’t get your food.

Guy who gave me the order in store was drunk or something dropping stuff like a clutz in front of us. Our pizzas look fine but I chose a deal advertised as 26 bucks that costed me 36 bucks at the end for pick up. Lies that take advantage of my hunger. My pasta was also clearly made hastily and is a literally bowl half empty moment. May as well pay less for dominoes when it cost more to get less at places like this

This Pizza Hut is awesome with a great dining room. We went swimming at The Cove and we tried to get Little Caesars but they said they had a pizza party. Went online and got 3 pizzas from Pizza Hut and they were large pizzas for only $10.99 it came out less than Little Caesars. Better pizza and much better atmosphere
Their employees were also great here! We will be back. Thank you Pizza Hut for an awesome dinner.

New years eve at a chain pizza place, its chaos, there’s no way around it. There’s no need to be an a-hole to the employees. They are doing everything in their power to serve you and make you happy. I ordered a deep dish pizza with 3 toppings for take out. The pizza came out hand tossed and the toppings you needed to search for. The largest slice had 3 pieces of ham, 2 black olives and onion rinds. I think I would of been better off getting a nasty Totinos pizza while I shopped

Ordered online to be picked up at the location closest to my house but when I got there they told me the order was at the location across town. Veggie pizza didn’t have green bell peppers on it like it was supposed to. Went to pizza hut website to complain and their chat feature had me talking to “someone” that didn’t listen to what I was saying and asked questions even they they already were given those answers multiple times. I say “someone” because they claimed they were a real human but they talked to me like they were a bot. Pizza hut sent me an email to rate my experience 12 hours after I picked up the order and wanted pictures of what was wrong. Overall very poor experience that I blame on corporate since it was their online ordering system that changed the location in the first place.

My recent order of two pizzas, one pineapple and one pepperoni, were 2 pepperoni. Also, the fried chocolate donuts tasted primarily like the oil they were fried in. Would definitely not recommend the donuts. Just feedback to help you do better.

We ordered ahead for pickup. We love the convenience of being able to order ahead. We love the pizza hut point system that allowed us to redeem points for a free order of wings. We tried the garlic boneless and they were hot and delicious
We also got a stuffed crust with sausage and mushroom the cheese in the crust was great but the pizza itself did lack flavor and was a little dry. The staff were friendly enough and we had no other issues. This is why I gave this experience 4 stars.
