We waited in line for 10 minutes to use my birthday egift card. The worker told us that she did not know how to use the card for payment even though the instructions are on the redemption paper egift card. She did not offer to find a worker or other resource to use the card. So we left without being able to redeem the gift card.

I never complain about prices for the quality of the food /ice cream I got 2 kids cone with sprinkles and it was over $6!!! The lady was like it’s because you added sprinkles ¢.69 for sprinkles!

We’ve been in the drive through for 25 minutes now – there was only 2 cars ahead of us. This is the fourth time this summer we have been to this location and we’ve never once gotten through the drive through in less than 20 minutes. I’ve never been to such a disorganized Dairy Queen.

I’ve had both food and frozen treats here many times and the ice cream and cakes are 10x better than the food. It’s been a few years since I ordered any food from their menu and I gave it a go and was disappointed. This meal was expensive ($8-9) and there wasn’t much food. The fries were gross (cold and undercooked) and the chicken was okay. I won’t be ordering food here again. Not worth the price and it’s just downright a waste of money.
You could drive a couple miles and go to Daddys, pay the same price, and get a MUCH better meal.

Probably one of the best fast food restaurants in this TINY, EXTREMELY LIMITED optioned town..
Plus…it’s hard to beat take out ice-cream for desert !?!
Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is Back & it had huge chunks of pie crust in every bite!! So yummy I really do it’s just as good the nxt time! I have always had good experiences at this DQ location, but sometimes diff staff make it not as good, so I’ll update when I go get my next one!

Good Luck ! Most days DQ is not even open bc they claim they can’t keep employees & are frequently short staffed so hours are not consistent or reliable. Wasted few trips myself. Attempted to order ice cream cake for bday & they told me they couldn’t be sure anyone would be there for me to pick it up on any given day, at any given time. Who cam risk that when dealing w a bday cake? This is super depressing & frustrating that a franchise like DQ is so inconsistent. Food still good, WHEN u get chance to go & they happen to be open. Good luck

Came here and tried to use my .85 cent blizzard code in my app… when we got up to pay they said their system doesnt work with the code so we cant use it. Which is fine, but if thats the case then just give us the blizzard for .85 since its YOUR system?! I just said i didnt want it because I dont want to give business to a place like that but it was clearly already made so they could have given it to me for the app code price.

I really wanted to talk with the owner. Who schedules only 2 people on Memorial Day Weekend?? (Saturday 2025) We waited in the drive thru for 45 min with two toddlers. When the gal finally came with our order, I told her I’m so sorry for her as she did drive thru and lobby. One person cooking. She apologized, but we could see what was happening. We told her to close the lobby. She can’t be expected to do all that. It was busy!! We got there at 11:30 and pulled out at 12:35. Lots of business lost as people drove away/walked away angrily. It’s a shame because it has great ice cream even though portions could be bigger. You order a large and get a large cone with a small ice cream on top. Please do better!! And, give those 2 that worked alone on Saturday a huge tip!!

Wow!! They made me the most beautiful cake on short notice ..I had baked a cake for a friend who recently retired. It didn’t turn out with my decorating job. Lol…so I called DQ and told them I needed a cake with tires and numbers… My friend was a number cruncher at a tire factory. DQ did an amazing job!
