Great icecream. Family owned. Super nice employees. Always visit when I’m in town. The only strange occurrence is their inability to give 2 flavors in 1 pint. Maybe just me. Apparently there’s a 1 flavor per pint rule ha. So I just bought the 3 one flavor pints and I had to go to the ice cream parlor next door for my special request half n half. Missed sale during an off season. Deducted a star simply for not willing to fulfill an order… strangely.

This ice cream place is a total disappointment. The managers are incredibly rude and refuse to take any accountability after customer complaints. The prices are absolutely ridiculous considering the tiny portion sizes you get, it’s like they’re charging premium prices for one small scoop of ice cream. To make matters worse, their responses to low-star reviews are shockingly rude and defensive. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, the manager always seems to pick fights with customers. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money or time here.

Great Ice cream. Lots of creative flavors to choose from. Cones, cups, shakes , cakes. I tried banana Oreo which was absolutely amazing and mint chocolate chip. Vegan and dairy free options also. Quick friendly service but no where to sit , no tables or chairs inside so had to eat in my car as it was raining. Would like to try other flavors.

What a wonderful ice cream store with such awesome flavors! I am glad I finally came here.
Food: I found out that they were offering a pop tart ice cream sandwich with black raspberry ice cream, and a mixed berry pop tart, which was to die for. I picked up my wife a strawberries and cookies mix which was such a unique mix of flavors. Speaking to one of the employees, I found out that a lot of their ice cream is made with real fruits and no artificial flavorings which is probably why this ice cream is so outstanding!
Aesthetic: the place is deceivingly tucked away in a strip mall with your traditional ice cream parlor look. I don’t think I have seen many purple-painted walls that were actually pleasant to look at, but it added a nice “fun” appeal to the place.
Service: Emily and Komal, the young ladies who helped us, were both very patient and explained everything well. They were super nice!

If I could rate this place 1,000,000 stars I WOULD! I did so much research to find an ice cream place that makes bakery style highly decorated ice cream cakes for my 29th “Golden” birthday and stumbled upon Das Creamery – upon ordering, Komal was SO SWEET and really listened to everything I wanted in my cake and genuinely seemed excited to make my vision a reality. I wanted a very large vintage heart shaped cake to feed at least 15 people with gold accents and glitter. Well let me tell you – her talent blew me away omg. I had to hug her I was beyond ecstatic with the results of my cake!!! Not only was it stunning to look at, but my family, friends and myself were OBSESSED with the flavor of this cake! I am telling you their ice cream is on a whole other level lol – this blew any carvel cake out of the water even the texture of the ice cream was different – it was thicker and creamier it’s hard to explain until you’ve tried it but wow – I had some people cancel and we still finished this entire cake as a party of 14 haha – needless to say, it was delicious and I am beyond happy with Das Creamery and Komal and will be using them for all and any events in the future.

Das is our all time favorite spot!!! We recently had an issue with DoorDash and the gentlemen on the phone helped us right away. He completely understood our desperate need for ice cream and walked us through each step. WE LOVE DAS!!!!!!

After sampling a couple of flavors, I had the miso ice cream with white chocolate and my goodness it was good! I appreciate the variety of traditional and funky flavors. They were also very nice. One scoop with tax and tip cost me $6. It is located in a large strip mall with ample parking. No seating inside but the strip mall had some benches outside in the courtyard area. I’ll be back!

This place is has great flavors. But recently they have not been taking care of their vegan customers. Ice cream has been running out and they have mostly Italian ice. Small one scoop portions. Been coming for years not anymore.

I read the reviews below of people complaining about prices. How sad they’d try to bring this place down with their unclear review. This place is a gold mine. We moved from Manhattan. Recently we bought a farm house and couldn’t find good ice cream. I started making my own and then we found this place and it’s so special! Major props to any business that’s cultural.
Atmosphere: it’s fun, cheerful, youthful, vibrant. There’s a giant mural of the owners on the wall. It’s so cute!
Service: so fast and friendly. They were getting crowded after us and still gave everyone attention as though they were the only ones.
Food: the ice cream flavors are so good! I sound like a kid but once you’ve been exploring NJ for some homemade ice cream and find this place you’d have the same reaction. They have a plethora of flavors! From flavors for children like rainbow to adult flavors like fig and creme. We got a scoop of the fig and the spicy chocolate. Both high ingredients. Their ice cream is more creme than ice, that’s how real ice cream should be! We brought home the masala chai and kufte with raisins. We sampled so many flavors. I think my favorite is the fig. It’s so sophisticated.
This place has become my favorite creamery because they didn’t just make ice cream, you can tell they’re having so much fun creating flavors.
