Grandkids went to get the pizza got home opened up the pizza I was PISS OFF . THIS IS HOW ITCWAS SERVED TO THIM ABD THEY KNEW IT ABD LOOKED AT IT BEFORE THEY CLOSED THE BOX . Try to call no one picked up the phone . So I drove back up there asked to speak to a manager . He offered to replace it I said I wanted my money back which they did . BUT DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME NOT ONE TIME !!!!! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT OR ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I said that to the manger to HE STILL NEVER SAID IM SORRY !!!!!

Order speaker was broken with a note to pull forward to window. Once at the window took couple minutes to place order than was told to pull forward and they would bring food out. Only the pizza bites were hot but after waiting 25 minutes it should of all been hot including the pizza and cheesy bread.

I was amazed how the staff changed but even more so on quality as well as speed, I love me some hot and ready and was in and out in less than 5 minutes other store need to take notes from this location. Well done 2nd shift!!!

Waited 45 minutes. Lady at the speaker told me 7-10 minute wait and they’d bring it out. 30 minutes later I had to go in. Asked about how much longer, lady at the counter said they had no dough prepped and tickets got lost and as uptight when I told her it’s something that should’ve been mentioned at the speaker. Mind you, it’s 7:30pm on a Friday at this point, we had just left a school function & my kids were hungry. Never an apology for taking longer than anticipated just a snobby attitude from the lady standing there staring blankly at everyone they had pull over and wait. I finally get my pizza 45 minutes later to get home and realize they didn’t give me crazy bread they gave me these massive pieces of bread with some cheese in them (there were 3) & the regular pepperoni pizza was burnt to a literal crisp & the pretzel crust pizza which was the only halfway decent thing was missing parts of the crust. Overall, not enthused. Also the drive up is super steep I scraped my bumper going in & out of it. They should really fill in something to make it no so steep for cars.

The food is usually pretty good here, but the workers seem to have negative attitudes. Every time we have tried to order online it is turned off… I understand they shut it off when it gets busy, but for the last 3 times it has not been on. Was hoping to order pizza tonight but turns out the employees went home an hour early. Food is great for the price, I just wish they operated on normal business hours and keep online ordering on.

We used to be Pizza Hut lovers, and a local favorite in The Depot. By far The Depot is a lot better pizza than the Hut but they are more expensive too. Then we discovered the Extra Most Bestest pizza from Little Caesar’s. Now our favotite is the thin crust pepperoni pizza.
The sauce and pepperoni go all the way to the edge; also they’re only $7 for a large! We order them at the store and it only takes around 10 minutes to get them fresh from the oven.
That’s enough for 2 people and 2 big dogs!
I’m sure the dogs could eat a whole pizza but they need the nutrition from their own food so they only get a couple or three pcs each.
If you’re hungry and need to feed a crew and not break the bank, Little Ceasars fits the bill. You can also get just cheese for $5, and a 5 meat pizza for $9! Let the chowing begin!

Every time I’ve gone through to get a pizza recently it’s always been old and not hot and ready as advertised
a couple times they tried to just give me the pizza because of how long it had been sitting out and to some people that might be great. They get a free pizza but for me I want a fresh hot and ready pizza.

Free standing structure easily seen from the main road, positioned on a steep hill. Has drive through or walk in and has handicap parking. Never has food “hot and ready”, communication is lacking, manager leaves you without service at the window for five minutes as employees just pass you doing not much. Never offered free cookies n when you do , “they are out”. Wait time on hot n ready pepperoni was 12 minutes waiting in front of building. This has been a repeat over 4 times. Manager doesn’t talk much nor make eye contact , talks low n has little interaction as possible. Why is there so many workers when pizza is never ready? I only recommend this if you got about 15 minutes to wait for something that’s SUPPOST to be ready. June 19th, added review…still pizza are not ready and didn’t receive full change back. After a year from top review, pizza is still not ready and literally no one was here on a Thursday. Worst service. When to eat my cheese pizza n there wasn’t any sauce on it. I tried calling 3 times and not once did someone pick up nor room for message. Do not recommend. How is this manager still here?

I did try the Crazy puffs. Those are tasty! I haven’t had Little Ceasars for a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised.

There’s a pothole in the parking lot that could swallow a car. And the employees NEVER pick up the phone. And the drive through speaker has been broken for 1.5 months. Place is going downhill.
Only good thing is the FOOD! But FR FR that pothole is a disaster.
Update 12–11 2024
They managed to fix the pothole and the speaker, but their service has gone downhill. Went there at 9:15 and asked to order a slices and sticks and I was told we only have what we have.
