Was there waiting in line for the grand opening and even with the line of cars we ordered and had our food and drinks within 7 minutes! That’s actually pretty impressive for the amount of people that were there for the opening. We ordered a secret menu item and they knew how to make it and actually made it right! The drinks were so good. So glad to have a taste of home (TN) here in Fredonia!

Our first visit at the Fredonia, Ny location on its second day open was fantastic! I thought for sure we would be waiting in line a long time and our order would not be correct due to new staff but everything went so quickly and smoothly! The food was fresh and everything tasted amazing! The staff was very on top of everything even with it being so busy. Can’t wait to go again already!

We were there about 1:30 pm on opening day and tried the pretzel -love that cheese dip, onion rings -nice crunchy coating, tots and fries- very good, nuggets-are addictive, and the chicken tenders are the best fast food tenders I have ever had. We also had a root beer (crushed ice yay!) and lemonade aid. They were getting everyone in and out really fast. It was a great experience and we will be back for sure!!

I drove all the way from Canada for Sonic, ready to celebrate like I’d completed some kind of fast-food pilgrimage. I pull up… and the place is closed. Not “closing soon.” Not “be back in 10 minutes.” Just straight-up silent, empty, and deader than my hopes.
So now I’m sitting there in the parking lot like a clown who crossed an international border for a milkshake that doesn’t exist. Ended up driving another hour just to find one that was actually open. At this point I feel like Sonic owes me gas money, emotional support, and maybe a commemorative T-shirt.
Zero stars. Next time at least leave a note on the door saying “Good luck, traveler.”

First time going to a Sonic. Everything was excellent. Food, price, staff…certainly can’t complain about any of that. Maybe label the sandwich boxes/packages tho. Especially with larger orders

My boyfriend and I went there tonight, our whole order was wrong. We got a medium and a large meal, we were given two mediums and still charged for a large meal. Asked for one smash burger and one regular one the guy told us they were the same thing (they’re not.) We were given two smash burgers. Asked for light mayo and no onions, was given no pickles and regular mayo. And asked for honey mustard and got regular mustard instead.Terrible. Do not waste your money.

1st and last time going there. Paid $24, Ordered bacon cheese burgers if you want to call it that with small piece of bacon cut in half to share on both. Onion rings and fries, drinks. It all tasted spoiled from burgers to sides. We both got sick to our stomachs. Let’s just say very expensive drinks. Basically just drank the pop.
