Burger King hit the spot for me when I stopped by recently. My food came out hot and fresh, and the staff was pretty friendly at the window. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait was a little longer than usual, but the meal itself was really good. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had there.

When growing up Burger King was very good. Now it taste horrible. I does not taste fresh. There are far too many good options for burgers. The food taste like it is heated in the microwave. Burger King needs to make changes in their food quality.

Absolutely refused to give cups of water or even sell cups of water, has to be a bottle, employees argued with me for over ten minutes and were extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to give me a manager as well, went and hid in the back office instead

They lost my online order. Manager was very rude and mad on me for nothing. She just said no order here and turn around and let me standing alone until I called her bag and I demand a refund then she was very mad. She grabbed a burger and a small fries even though I ordered a big fries she threw them in the bag and she threw them on the table and turned her face away. That was very, very, very rude. I never had such a Customerservice. She is terrible that I have the stuff they barely speaks English so I don’t think they understand what is the problem the manager she need to go and find another job away from customers. She has zero courtesy, and zero problem, handling skills skills.

The worst Burger King in Houston. I come to this mall often, but I avoid this location at all costs. The management is lazy, the service is consistently poor, and the staff has a terrible attitude. This is far from the standard of service I expect in America.
Burger King as a brand already seems to be declining across the country, and this location is proof why. Customers don’t ask for much—just fast, friendly, and reliable service. When even the basics aren’t delivered, it’s no surprise the chain is struggling.

The super tall Latino guy with the gold chain purposely ignored my daughter waiting in line for 8 minutes and so we decided to hop in the other line behind a big group of people and once we did he came to the line she was once standing in and said next customer and the big group ran to him. The service is terrible here. They all stand around like they don’t want to be at work and look at you and have side conversations while everyone is standing in line. They really need to re think the people they choose to hire considering they are in a mall where everyone can see them ..

The food was fine, I get it, it’s just fast food. But this big Bald guy who was just rude and rolling his eyes and makigg my fun of me with another guest. All because I asked for a refill, he said “okay that will be 1 dollar.” It says nothing anywhere about paying for refills and in General, Burger King has never charged for refills. I’ve been eating here my whole life and I’m 33. My kids wanted another coke. Anyway, after I said fine I’ll pay a dollar. He said, “go back and wait in line on the other side I don’t do refills.” This was a horrible experience and he just shouldn’t be in customer service since he want to treat people like this.

First off, on my order, the staff completely forgot my Large Fries with the order. Second, I ended up opening my Large drink to find that it had a Medium cup on the inside. Third. when I approached the counter and asked to speak with a manager, he did not seem to even care about the complaint and only offered a “I just got here” as a half apology.
