If I could give this place a zero I would to pull up in a drive through at 11pm on a bike to get a hamburger for a dying man because that’s what he wants and to have a lady with blonde hair come to the window roll her eyes at me not say a single word to me locks the window walks away!!was the most heartbreaking unprofessional action of a worker manager and all he wanted was a burger from Wendy’s his favorite hamburger joint he likes to order at sad!!!!!!!

I stopped here to eat because the line was so short, usually your greeted with a hello thanks for choosing ….. Be with you in a minute but here no I waited 15 minutes before anyone said anything there wasnt a hello or what can I get you it was “what did u want” so ordering food you get that feeling that the staff at the window on 7-6 is annoyed your there or she really hates her job, I’ve worked fast food I get it it’s not easy.
Then getting to pay for my food was another 8 minutes because of talking or over by the other areas not paying attention. Finally I pay for my food get up to the window for my food. I see my drinks and my frosty sitting there getting more and more watered down as I’m in this line as we speak waiting for my food. It’s now 3:27 been here since 3:02. You don’t get a hello you don’t get a your good will be out shortly nothing just zombies working the damn window. As I’m looking on my recipe I noticed one of my items is incorrect I don’t even wanna mention it due to the fact that it’ll take them another 40 minutes to properly make that food. . The kids meal that I had ordered for my child was a fourth piece nugget and rather than getting fries or being told that the fries were not there they just gave her another set of chicken nuggets. I’m missing my 4 piece spicy nugget as well. I mean the time I was there you’d think that they’d make sure everything is in there. No spoon or straws for drinks or my frosty I mean come on. It’s hot as hell outside , drinks are already watered down sitting in the window rather than given right away. I don’t understand.
This isn’t the first time this has happened it’s been multiple occasions but for some reason I keep trying to give them a chance.
Hopefully they do better or manager steps up and does a retraining

Also would help if the manager actually wore a headset so she could hear what orders are going out or being said or if there is something specific about that order so that way nothing is getting messed up I ended up going back through the drive-thru just so that I could make sure I get my food that I paid for I was told by whoever is taken order through the drive-thru to go to the second window for my food I get to the first window She looks lost I tell her I’m missing food so they told me to come up to the second window The manager but blonde hair starts to hand me a bag of food and I said No they told me to come to the second window to grab the items that I’m needing and she instantly turned it around on everybody else and just not apologizing or taking accountability that there were things missing

Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order. The person working the intercom was nice the but who ever was working the drive through was really rude. They just tossed me the bag and drink and said thanks as they slammed the window closed. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for ketchup or napkins. All while wearing airpods too. Food was poor quality too, everything was dry and cold. I would skip over this wendy’s and head back to Waveland or slidell if you are passing through.

This Wendy’s completely sucks. All of them are getting pretty bad, but this one takes the cake. Their “system” is always “down” so they take your payment to the back after making up how much your order was. Probably to make a copy of it. Can’t check the price cause guess what…..the receipt machine don’t work! What a coincidence!! There’s more fly’s and gnats than workers. Drink machine is always broken, squirt out some ketchup from the dispenser you get a cup full of gnats. It’s pathetic. Close it down.

It’s upsetting they’re changing everything. The spicy chicken was changed like 2 years ago… then the grilled chicken turned into CUBED MESS. But the biggest change is this SHREDDED lettuce. What are yall doing! WHY!!! . STOP CHANGING THINGS!

food i love it service on the other hand, don’t even get me started istg that young girl with the long red pony tail has hit strike 3 pull up to the window “how’s it going honey” tells us to pull forward sitting there for 10 mins comes out “i’m sorry baby” STOP IT i just think it’s rude if i were serving i would just say how is it going if there was a girl in the passengers seat personally i wouldn’t say baby or honey that’s just not okay. it’s about having respect for ppl atp. some people don’t take that as well as others this time wasn’t the only times she’s done it. i wasn’t THAT mad at the honey part was a little annoyed but the baby SENT ME

Slowest service every time and the workers are normally rude. Also 9/10 my order gets messed up. Today I had two people go before me when I was at the drive thru first and then waited 15 for my one sandwich which was wrong.
