I ordered a large plain pie near closing (never do it with any pizza joint). This is my 2nd pie from Prestos, the 1st I picked up, and I found their pies bland even with the marinara sauce instead of the regular pizza sauce. This time I was going to ad my own marinara. They sent this burnt pie (pictured). I sent pics to the driver because it was now after closing and asked him to forward to his boss because I wanted another pie the next day. I made it a tradition to come here on every Christmas Day! Take the ride from Dumont to Hackensack. One of the few pizzerias open. Have to stay loyal to a place like this, plus the food is great. Always feel like family and will be coming back again soon, especially next Christmas.

We purchased two pies and a coke for $55. Very disappointed with the quality of the pies. We ordered one Hawaiian and one half pepperoni pie, we didn’t like either. The crust was thicker than usual and it had no taste. Will not be buying from here again.

Ordered 3 pies for my staff before a private party at our restaurant. Was told 50 minutes for delivery at an hour and a half we called as the party was soon to arrive, and they said it was coming out the oven. Prestos call US back 5 minutes later asking what our order was as they had not started it. Did not rate the food as we never got to taste it.

Kind of disgusting that I got a pizza and it had a hair in it. And It took like 30 minutes longer than necessary. Also customer service in person wasn’t good at all and very dismissive. For bare minimum pizza the least they could do is provide a clean pizza for me to eat.

I ordered delivery from this place today and it was really good, tasteful, fresh and really good portions. The garlic bread is really crispy and tastes amazing. The dessert was really smooth and had a good balance ( not too sweet). I’ll def be ordering from this place more often.
