Probably need to boycott the locations in grandville and wyoming!! This place use to be the go to. Over the summer there were two younger men that worked. My husband and I found out that they make the best coffee! So we would drive across town to get it. Well that was short lived, haven’t had them since the summer. The two girls that are there a lot, make the worst coffee. Even with asking them to add extra flavor. There is no coffee taste to any of there drinks. It’s like just drinking straight milk. Not very good milk I might add.

This place is so unbelievably slow. It is SO bad I placed a door dash pick up order 25 minutes early. I chose a specific ten minute window. App said drink (it was only a cold brew) would be ready in the middle of the window. I showed up 5 minutes after the window and they still had not even started my cold brew. Insane. This has happened the past three times I’ve gone there. I have no idea how this place is so horrifically bad given how well the previous Tim Horton’s was run.

I work third shift. I understand this location closes at 8 PM. It’s pretty frustrating that consistently at 7:20 730. I can’t order a latte or a sandwich because they’ve already broken down and cleaned everything. I would much rather go to Biggby than Starbucks, but Starbucks stays open until they’re Closed.

Biggby coffee is MICHIGAN’s version of Starbucks both places serve expensive coffee. I don’t know enough about Biggby to know if it’s been politicized like Starbucks has.i enjoy playing scrabble and drinking cappuccino. Pretty simple actually.

This location is close to where I currently leave, but it doesn’t have a drive-thru. There is plenty of parking and baristas are inviting. Plenty of space to sit and has a good menu.
