Best Carls Jr I ever been to, went on a Sunday morning met one of the workers there his name was Sim one of the nicest guys I ever met and hell of a customer service he has, the food was 10/10 clean dining and bathrooms fresh food hot and ready I would recommend this place again and meet Sim very nice guy and makes funny jokes. 10/10 restaurant I love it!

There was a problem with the app not working correctly so the manager gave me my meal and said that they would get the money later and when I got home I had an email saying that the whole thing had been canceled, so, I need to go back and pay him $8.28. And a 100% will do that the next time I leave Cloverdale. That was beyond excellent customer service!

Daniel the GM is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been here twice recently. The first time I pulled into the drive through and started to order to go. During our conversation he went out of his way to invite me inside. This was around 10pm close to their closing time. Typically people just want to go home and can be a bit more rude at the tail end of their shifts. But Daniel’s attitude and demeanor was incredibly inviting and genuine. Even though his restaurant was spotless he was more than happy that I came in to eat. I believe he said something along the lines of that it helps make the environment more inviting for others to come in and eat as well. I came back by again tonight and ordered again through the drive through this time for more people than myself so it was a fairly large order and again he showed an absolutely fantastic attitude. He recognized me and asked how I was doing, we had a brief conversation while I was waiting for my food this made my night. I asked for his name and decided on writing this review.

I work in HBurg & eat burgers from Carl’s Jr once a week. I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to post a review but I feel compelled to do so. Daniel’s (the manager?) customer service is outstanding! As long as he’s there, I’ll keep coming back even if it’s just for a soda. His attitude is infectious & I always leave feeling happy (& my tummy too).
