This is fast food, Greek food. There are three other competitors in town. This is by far the best. It’s in the middle price range of his competitors. It’s fast and efficient. And the bowls that I have made here far exceed any other competitor. The food is so flavorful and fresh. I love these falafel’s and I am used to eating falafel’s in Greek town Chicago. The hummus and spicy hummus is such a great consistency and delicious. This couscous is light and fluffy. The sauces are diverse and add great zest. The chicken Shawarma is delightful. Be sure to add the special onions and their great pickles to any dish. Most of the time I get takeout. Also, the restaurant temperature is cold. But again the food is delightful.

Ordered falafel rice bowl and chicken shawarma rice bowl in uber eats takeout. The quality of the bowls are good but the quantity could’ve been better for the price they’re charging. The order was made according to the instructions. Naf Naf fries with the garlic dip was my favourite.
It seems Google isn’t allowing me to put an another review, I ordered 2 chicken shawarma bowls last night and the portions seem to be lessening each time I’m ordering them.

I visit Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill in Carmel at least 7 times a month, and there’s a reason for that — it’s consistently excellent. The food, the service, the flavors — everything hits the mark every time.
My go-to order is the steak shawarma bowl with basmati rice, fresh veggies, and their addictive garlic sauce. The steak is always juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. What really takes the bowl to the next level, though, is their spicy hummus and harissa sauce. The spicy hummus adds just the right amount of heat and creaminess, while the harissa brings a bold, smoky kick that ties everything together beautifully.
Their falafel is also a standout — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of authentic Middle Eastern flavor. Even as a meat-eater, I make sure to include falafel in every order.
And let’s not forget the freshly baked pita — warm, fluffy, and perfect for dipping or scooping up the last bites of hummus and sauce.
The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick almost always lol, ideal for busy days when you still want something truly satisfying.
Whether you’re new to Middle Eastern cuisine or already a fan, Naf Naf in Carmel is a must-try.

I see this eatery a lot so I finally decided to give it a try. The food was not good in my opinion. It did not taste mediterranean at all to me. In fact, it was flavorless. Very clean dine in area. Very clean restrooms. The staff is friendly and nice.

Excellent Mediterranean food! The Rice Bowls are a must-try. I highly recommend the falafel and the yellow basmati rice. Also, their crispy chicken tenders are delicious and Halal-certified.

Naf Naf is amazing. As more of chain restaurant, I don’t expect a lot. I was blown away at the food Naf Naf offers. Everything has amazing flavors. Large portions at good prices. Something for everybody with a diverse selection of menu combinations. Environment is good but can be a little loud for normal conversations. The people who build your plate were nice and well educated on the food flavors. Have continued to come here over and over. The Felafel is my favorite thing here!

I really enjoyed a pita pocket with the crispy chicken. The chopped salad was fresh and crisp as well. I only tried the creamy garlic sauce, but it was delicious. The baklava was also a nice dessert!
Service was fast and friendly. Good lunch spot for schwarma and other Middle Eastern goodies!

I literally come here all of the time and generally have positive experiences but tonight’s experience was different. At approximately 8:10pm 2/12/26 I walked in and saw a young lady transferring hummus from one container to another without any gloves on. While doing so, she proceeded to use her bare hand to pull something green out of the hummus then wipe her hand on her apron. I continued to order and shortly after I watched her use her bare hands to dig something else out of the hummus while she watched me watch her. She quickly turned around and rinsed her finger off that had gotten some hummus on it. She didn’t seem to have a care in the world, meanwhile the young lady servicing me was wearing gloves. I am disgusted!!!!

Food is delicious and worth a try. The option to build your own bowl is amazing. I loved the Harissa sauce. I went as it was opening so there was not a lot of people and the place was clean. I would highly recommend!
