My husband and I planned to have dinner at Chipotle tonight, but while passing by, I observed an employee repeatedly patting and handling the rice with her hands while it was on the serving spoon. Although she was wearing gloves, it appeared unprofessional and unsanitary, as employees should be focused on proper food handling rather than playing with food.
I brought this concern to the manager’s attention, but unfortunately, my complaint was dismissed. The manager simply walked away and said, “Thank you, have a nice day,” without addressing the issue or showing concern.
This experience left me disappointed, as customers expect professionalism, food safety awareness, and respectful customer service when dining at Chipotle Mexican Grill.

girl who plated food was extremely rude, was throwing food into bowl and immediately ran to the back visibly talking about myself and my partner even though we were not rude to her and she was rude to us for no reason. the other employee she spoke to looked at us in disgust. it was an extremely hostile environment for no reason. as someone who has worked in the food industry for 4+ years the service given here was unacceptable.

The food is good but the customer service is absolutely terrible. This is the 2nd person at this location with the worst attitude! First it was a girl and now a guy. I refuse to spend my money here ever again especially when there’s another location in the same plaza with much better customer service.

The workers there are so rude especially the black girl that helped me today. So rude basically just throw ur food around. Attitude on 100. But the food is good though, sometimes it’s messy and the guac is just straight brown. Like how are u gonna expect people to pay extra for some ugly guac.. switch it out more often.

I was going to give this place a chance in spite of the horrendous reviews. I looked at the menu and I had a question so I asked the woman working there and she told me the line starts over there and she would be with me in a few minutes. I wasn’t trying to order I just wanted a question answered and wasn’t going to wait in line just to get my question answered. There were only two other customers there at the time. This was Tuesday January 13th about 5:00 p.m. at the Chipotle in the food court at Brandon exchange Mall.

This Brandon location used to be top notch circa 2015-2019. Downhill ever since. Last night’s experience solidified my decision to not go back. Asked for tripple regular chicken and the worker proceeded to start scooping the new BBQ chicken or whatever it is. Had to clarify again “tripple regular chicken”, then they scooped one spoon of regular and shoved the bowl down the line. I had to ask a third time, in extremely simple words, what I was asking for. I then asked for “a lot” of fajita veggies and Mild Salsa but of course got served half a spoon of each. Had to do the same dog and pony show for each section in order to get hardly anything. Go somewhere else. Food is cold too
