I worked at Starbucks as a shift supervisor for years and I have never experienced this poor service as a long time customer of Starbucks. It’s my first visit here, I ordered 2 drip coffees, the store wasn’t busy at all. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my drinks and I had to ask numerous times. When I did get my drinks, they were cold. When I brought the wait times up to the attention of staff, I was told that they had to make a pour over so that’s why it took over 20 minutes, But there was over four staff in the store, and three of them were talking and laughing the whole time and one girl was making all of the drinks and running the drive-through. I had to walk up and interrupt their socializing to get someone to make my drinks they were not even apologetic about the situation and said my coffee was cold because I ordered a pour over. I’ve worked at Starbucks for years and never had this issue so I am not sure why they were lying to me about it. Other customers commented on how long I have been waiting as well. The manager did not seem to care at all, and she was laughing and talking with others. Insane

I didn’t visit this store for a while because of inconvenient in and out. Yesterday, I stopped by for a b-day drink. Ellen got my order and she is the best who I have ever seen at Starbucks stores. She is really nice, energetic and made people smile. She draw several flowers with ‘happy birthday’ on the drink cup. I had a lot of bad experiences with unhappy employees but she made me forget the experience.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at one of your stores on Red Cup Day. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha which was clearly listed as one of the qualifying holiday beverages on the Starbucks app.

When I arrived at the drive through window, two employees refused to give me the reusable cup, saying it wasn’t listed on their end and must have been an error. While I understand that technical issues can happen, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. Their attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering that I visit this store every morning and am a loyal customer.

I’m not asking for the promotion to be honored — I simply wanted to share how poorly the situation was managed and how it made me feel as a regular guest.

I have been coming here for over 10 years, but recently the staff keeps getting my order wrong. Out of the last five visits, they have made mistakes three times. This time, I ordered a Frappuccino, and the staff forgot the whipped cream. I waited for 3 minutes at the counter, but no one came to help. I feel like the service here is getting worse and worse.

They can never get the order right. I ordered thru mobile app and they gave us the wrong drink and its kinda hard to prove coz they also didn’t give us the sticker label on the cups.There should be another way of compensating customers with messed up drinks instead of having to come back and prove to them that they have to remake your drink.

Have waited 15 minutes for an iced espresso and still waiting. Ridiculous. It seems the drive thru is more important. I also ordered a banana bread not heated…they heated it up. That is a stupid complaint but the whole purpose to waling in was to get in and out. Just went and asked about my drink. 30 mins later wrong drink. Mind you 7 people working behing the counter. Organization and time management people!

I ordered a black coffee from the Starbucks location via drive-thru, since I was in a hurry and they had a very short line. I usually don’t order black coffee from Starbucks, since it’s expensive compared to other competitors, but convenience was my primary concern during this visit. My order was seamless and the staff was very friendly.

Drive-thru ordered an impossible sandwich, Venti pink drink and my favorite- matcha green tea latte with 2 pumps white mocha. I love the pictures hanging inside so took a pic (sorry to the ladies that ended up in the pic haha). The order came fast which is what I like about Starbucks.

I’ve been here three times in the last couple weeks. Service was very slow even though there were only two people in the store and no cars in drive thru. I asked for napkins and they said they didn’t have any. The barista said that I could go into the bathroom and get paper towels if I needed napkins.
