We found ourselves having to stay in the Ambridge Inn for several weeks. We were thrilled to learn that there was an onsite restaurant open for breakfast (all day), lunch and dinner! The food is really good and very reasonably priced. The place is super clean and the staff is always personable, attentive and efficient. We HIGHLY recommend frequenting the Track’s End whether you’re staying at the Inn or are in the area.

Great small town restaurant. When you first walk-in you immediately notice how clean everything seems. The food is tasty but simple. The value is excellent. It is a great spot to go and have a conversation with an old friend while sipping a cup of coffee. The service was outstanding. He was highly attentive and engaging. Overall it deserves a five star rating.

Never would have known this restaurant was here! Very clean. Our waiter was very nice unfortunately didn’t get his name. Very good service. Food came out fast, and you get alot for a good price. I had eggs n hassbrowns and was cooked correctly and very good. Every one with me was also happy, and full! Definitely be back again..

We went for breakfast. It’s a bit back off of Duss. Connected to a hotel/inn. The girls there were nice, polite but slow moving and quiet. The menu is basically eggs and pancakes for breakfast, sides of bacon sausage, ham and corned beef. $5 for the tiny bit of corned beef on a saucer was not good, plus it was dry and not very warm- probably reheated. The sausage gravy and biscuits was great, flavor size and price. My kids enjoyed their breakfast. BLT was good but didn’t have mayo or anything on it. Atmosphere- it’s was just a few older guys in there talking about religion and politics, drinking coffee. Quiet otherwise. Dated, patched seating, napkin under the table to level it… I didn’t use the restroom, I think they were in the hall outside the little restaurant area. Just a low key, quiet place to eat. We probably wouldn’t go again just because it wasn’t worth the $60.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of seating, The service was quick, and their food was excellent. It’s your typical diner fare with egg, bacon, home fry or hash browns, that you can order in a variety of combos or their special which we got was a bowl. Everything was cooked perfectly, and their corn beef hash was also very good. Bill for two of us was around $35+Tip. The sausage Biscuits and Gravy, something I order at every breakfast spot was huge! You won’t leave here hungry. The location is a lil hidden, but go thru a parking lot and connected to Ambridge Inn Hotel you’ll find this wonderful diner.

We stayed at the connected inn and had breakfast on our way out of town. It was pretty solid fare overall. The menu is train themed in names, which is a very cute touch. It was quiet and clean, a perfectly serviceable breakfast, connected to a perfectly serviceable inn.

We’d never tried this place before but were in a bind for breakfast and ordered breakfast. It was really good and arrived quickly. We will order from here again. They do have orange juice and apple juice for drink options as well as coffee for breakfast. Their prices are reasonable, and quality is very good. If you are ordering take-out or delivery, check when you pick it up, or ask the delivery person to have them confirm. If your order won’t fit in one bag, you may have something missing, as you will only get one bag. We have had this happen twice recently.

Found this place while searching an area for 24 hour restaurants on google maps as we were looking for someplace that wasn’t close to PNC ball park but yet on our way home to Buffalo.
When driving here in the darkness of an unfamiliar neighborhood. We were second guessing ourselves. Especially when there’s a long dark driveway leading up to the restaurant. We were starving and just said we’re here and they’re open.
Please… don’t let that stop you!
This diner is definitely a hidden gem!
It’s very clean inside. Our hostess/server/cook was super friendly. The food prices are ridiculously cheap. The fries are fresh cut and amazing! The double 1/3 patty burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time!
This place is definitely going to be a stop on any future trips to Pittsburgh.
