This was my first time visiting this Dairy Queen, and it started off good. This location is very busy. I ordered three crunchin cookie dipped cones. I will say the ice cream was really good. The service was all over the place. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for three cones and had to say something. By then, it was really crowded.

First time there.
It was clean. They were able to adjust my order by putting the flamethrower sauce on a number 3. Additionally, I ordered the new berry harvest pie Blizzard or the Harvest berry pie. Everything was delicious and as I expected it to be. One of the greatest things about the new blizzard, pretty sure it’s seasonal, is I think it has little animal crackers in it. I’ve never had a berry pie, but I’m pretty sure they had it about right where it was supposed to be.
I don’t go to Raleigh much, because I’m a Christian, but any time I head back through that area I’m stopping at some Dairy Queen!

I absolutely love Dairy Queen. This location is NEW. Surprisingly when I went the line wasn’t long, but it took awhile for my food (no complaint bc my food was hot & fresh). However, they gave me my mini blizzard first. I find it ridiculous bc as long as I waited for my hot food one would think they’d know that the icecream would melt so it should be prepared & fixed last. Secondly, i was given my blizzard without a top. When I asked for a top I was given a dirty top. I proceeded to wipe it clean & the young lady asked if I’d like another. I’m hoping bc they are new they are just still trying to get in the swing of things bc the food is soooo good!

I visited Dairy Queen for lunch today. I had the chicken finger basket with french fries and it also came with a drink and a blizzard. It was a delicious meal, and was solved quickly to my table. The staff was friendly and the restaurant across being brand new, was very clean. The spacing between tables and booths is quite adequate and I would definitely recommend stopping in for a quick meal if you’re in the area.

Stopped by there today on the way home from Raleigh. It’s been years since I’ve been to a dairy queen, and I should’ve stayed away. My mom wanted a salad, only one they had was a crispy chicken salad, I ordered the chicken tenders. Tables and floors were dirty. Her salad was discolored and looked awful. My chicken tenders and French fries were freshly made, but the tenders were so tiny. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I ordered ice cream only. 2nd time this happened. I was told they were out of cones at the window to pay. Then, I was asked if I was ok with a cup. Then, I was told to move forward after waiting at the window to pay. I was waiting ✋️ for a minute, wondering why I had to move forward for a cup of soft served ice cream . They finally came out & told me they didn’t have any chocolate ice cream. I just asked for my money back.
