El Ray Burro is a solid taco truck. We ordered tacos and two burritos. Between everything we tried beef, chicken, carnitas, and chorizo. The chorizo and carnitas were definitely my favorite but my daughter devoured half of the adult sized chicken burrito.

Being from Cali I am very picky about my taco trucks. This place is hands down my favorite! Their carne asada doesn’t have that boiled meat sitting in a crock pot all day taste, like a lot of these trucks do. It is made fresh as it’s ordered and the flavor is amazing!

Salty. No sauce on the side. Should be by default.
Also i had it order via door dash and the package is wide open flapping.
Pls pls pls seal the food in packaging to make sure food won’t get contaminated.
Not sure how it is getting 4.7 rating with this quality.
My blood pressure just raise up after finishing half.

Good food, reasonable prices. Orders always accurate! Very polite. My teen boys usually offer to pickup our door dash order, the staff here are always so kind. My family appriciates the care and respect the staff gives to all their customers. My kids enjoy going here stating they like the food and that the staff are always so nice!

At first I wasn’t sure about this place, but 3 times now I’ve tried them- and all 3 times have been excellent! A surprisingly large menu for a compact food trailer- they have solid recipes and good cooks. I’d argue this qualifies as a hidden gem.

This is a food truck with some of the best tacos (cow tongue) and burritos (Rey’s) I’ve had. Food is well seasoned. Portion sizes are great, tacos are meaty and the burritos almost broke the bag. It’s set right outside of a gas station. The service was also great, very friendly and fast.

This is the best Mexican food I’ve found living in the Thurston County area for the last 3.5 years. Their flavors and ingredients are delicious, their customer service is spot on and the food is made quickly and with love. 10/10 highly highly recommend. Carne asada tacos, the rice, the beans, the tortas, all of it AMAZING.
