If you are trying to be quick this is not the place for you. There are 2 or 3 workers who are great. Even when I order ahead I have waited 20 minutes or more. They won’t put mobile orders out for fear of them being stolen so sometimes they sit on the counter for 15 minutes while everyone walks right by. They seem to think that if they don’t look at you you don’t exist and if you ask for your order they will snap at you “there is only two of us” even though they’ve walked by it 20 times and it would take all of 5 seconds to hand you your order. It is sad because a few of the employees are great but the majority ruin it for them

I haven’t had trouble stopping by at this Dunkin Donuts although knowing all the staff that have been in and out of this store. I do want to say that the young lady that attended me was great! I can say that she was doing the right thing. As for the Director of operations Ana was rude and unprofessional to her employee. If there was an issue I think that it shouldn’t be dealt with in front of customers. Besides that the breakfast sandwich that I was handed had a hair in it. You can see in the photo. I love the regular employees that work there currently, but I can’t believe that if you are a Director you are dealing with your employees the way you did. I hope that when I visit there again she is not around. Store manager Leann was really nice although I wasn’t because of what I just witnessed.

Poor costumer service. Long waits and staff talking between them and love costumers waiting to order. They give you wrong orders. Lack of communications between employees. Rude to costumers. They will give some costumer free items

Place is garbage.. manager is always snotty and unprofessional when taking orders and of course the employees follow the ways of this ridiculous woman… Dunkin needs to do better!!

I order through DoorDash at least 4-5 times out of the week and I have issues with my order everytime
I started calling the store as soon as I place my order to make sure it’s done correctly and it still has issues
When I do call usually they are angry and rude
But I tell them with DoorDash I can’t just walk back in and ask for it to be remade or to give me my missing items and still everytime I have an issue
I went as far as trying to get DoorDash to change the store location for me but they were unable too
And after reading all these reviews the owner needs to do better because the employees need better training and a class on respect for customers

Sat at drive through for 3 minutes with no response. Said hello multiple times. Got to window and was informed I would have to re enter the line of 5 cars now when I had already been there for ten minutes at this point. Met with very rude and unprofessional staff. I kept giving them a chance and even had to coach their employees on how to correctly make coffee in the past because they’re not given adequate training. Not sure if it’s the location, or just management, but I’ll do everything I can do drive this locations business down until they find adequate management.

Morning manger ( Spanish lady ) is very disrespectful to her employees. Seen her this morning talking at young lady very disrespectfully, very foul play I would say, I come to this Dunkin often and this isn’t the first time I saw this from same manger. I wouldn’t want my daughter working or even ordering from here, to much drama and food always cold. You have workers standing around . Very unprofessional in morning time . But I will say I’m very impressed on how that young lady dealt with the situation. Clocking out and walking out. No one should be disrespecting employees in front of customers
