New to Tampa and definitely not getting the respect it deserves. Prices are a bit high but I couldn’t care less because the guy behind it is genuinely a good dude. Not to mention one of the best burgers I’ve had especially in Tampa. Hope this guy gets the business he deserves.

My friends and I ran into Papa’s food truck the other weekend and gave it a try. The lady working the register was so sweet. All the food was a 10/10. But the philly cheesesteak was 11/10. Soooooooo good!

Honestly I gotta give them props for going all the way for that bacon hamburger I order, apparently it was supposed to be a bacon cheese burger but since I’m lactose intolerant, they went all the way to make sure I don’t get cheese. The hamburger was amazing, the meat was juice and tender and the Lettuce and tomatoes are great and the fries were amazing and crispy.
I would highly recommend this place for any time of day.

I have been dying to go eat at Papa’s Food-truck because I could see it being set up from my dorm. The food was so good I got the empanada with fries and a mango juice. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The outdoor seating is really cute especially at nighttime with the lights. Very quite area. The owners were so nice and I will 100% be back!
