Ordered cheese sticks, was given burnt breadsticks that can’t even be eaten. Pasta however… chefs kiss. Guess they were out of 20oz Starry. Was given a 2-liter instead of 20 oz.

The customer service at the 4th Street location in St. Pete is Awful. I walked in to pick up my carry out order and no one was out front at the register. I waited a couple of minutes then I yelled, “Hello” to get the attention of the 2 girls talking in the back. No answer. I walked in and out of the front door so the door bell could ring to get their attention and that didn’t work either. I waited longer and yelled, “Hello” even louder and finally the guy in the back yelled that someone would be right with me. Being that this location is in an affluent part of St. Pete, I expect better. The staff working on Saturday at 4pm need to be retrained.

Every time I order from this location, I am charged for dipping sauce, but never receive it. I called and asked to speak with the manager who assured me I would get my dollar back, and I after I let him know that I did not really care about the $.85. I just wanted him to instruct his crew to double check the orders before they are sent out. He hung up on me. Terribly rude. I won’t order from the store again. It’s not that difficult to double check an order and make sure the customer is getting what they paid for. And hanging up on a customer for simply giving feedback has to be the worst customer experience you can possibly give. This coming from someone with 22 years of experience in customer service and providing good customer service experiences. I’m eating my pizza with no garlic sauce now. Your “Manager” shouldn’t be a manager, and should consider a new career path. Maybe he learn a trade or something. JERK

Ordered 4 pan pizzas for the $2 Tuesday special. Arrived at scheduled time, my order said it was ready on the screen but the employee said it would be 10 more mins. 25 mins later I’m told my order is ready but its not my order (same first name, different last name). They couldn’t find my order, either they never made it or gave it to someone else. At that point they didn’t have any more personal pizzas. Gave me pizzas that hadn’t been picked up from a few hours earlier which was nice but ended up making me sick. Probably wont be returning.

I can’t believe you guys just sent this to me. This takes the cake on the worst pizza delivery I’ve ever received. Seriously I swear to God I didn’t eat or touch a single slice. Someone at your location ate 2 slices of my order and packaged it up for delivery. Never again. Fire whoever served this. Ordered on September 29th at around 7pm 2021. WHAT A JOKE!

Wings had hardly any sauce on them, we ordered Hawaiian Teryaki boneless wings. I also did not receive my parmesan shaker that I purchased. Temperature of the food was lukewarm.
