Came here, February 26 in the evening my kids told me they wanted Popeyes. I was thinking about getting them individual meals or like that big family meal. The meal was like $65 for the combo three sides but the only issue is one kid just wanted tenders and then when I asked the cashier if he was able to just do like a little mixing match, he told me no he couldn’t do it for me. you’re telling me that the cashier couldn’t give me mixing match when you guys had it before when I said I don’t understand I said where’s your manager. The cashier told me the manager is standing right next to me . He proceeded to walk away, not even to interact with me a customer paying these types of outrageous prices, he just seemed like it didn’t matter what my concerns were, but the sad part is I may not return anymore at least not to this location, He was acting like I was acting act asking for something for free. I have to buy three large strawberry lemonades. My bill was almost would’ve been like 70 $80 easily. I just didn’t understand how they couldn’t help me and make it happen telling me that once he rings it in this is what it is that’s sad but OK.

Ordered Ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it came with hair in it. Made me throw up and sent me rubbing to the bathroom. Nasty contaminated food. Gave me food poisoning. Spent two days in the bathroom. Ordered on Uber eats and got refunded for the sandwich. Ended up throwing my entire order away.

I ordered 2 big boxes and was told by the cashier I have to pay an extra $3 for breast. She said it’s on the fine print of the window poster leg and thigh only. I went to the window it said no such thing. Then she said it’s the print under the fine print. I showed her the app allows for breast and wing with no additional charge. Then she said her manager said leg and thigh only and the register doesn’t have an option for breast. So I canceled one in store order, stood there and ordered on the app because this grown woman is playing in my face. When I got home, the receipt she rang up said breast and wing $6, no additional charge. Why did I have to go back n forth with someone trying to insult my intelligence and overcharge me for chicken. I wasn’t going to leave a review but to add to my aggravation my fries were cold and my coleslaw was orange looking and had some slime to it. I literally left Texas chicken parking lot and came to Popeyes. Popeyes will never see me again.

This is the second time I bought spoiled Cole slaw from this branch!! I’m never getting it again. There’s no expiration date in sight. It seems as though they just make the coleslaw and leave it in the fridge for weeks. The time before this was worse but never went back since the drive is not worth it. Beware of the coleslaw!!

My chicken was dry as EVER. I ordered about $60 worth of chicken and after I placed my order I was told I would have to wait 6 to 10 minutes for biscuits. I was told that would have mattered in my order. My chicken was dry and cold. I did not get my biscuits. I got a small mashed potatoes six biscuits. My chicken was cold and tasted old. The Jamaican lady in the front counter was so rude and unaccommodating, and basically wanted to fight me over me asking for a substitution although her coworkers wanted to assist me in the accommodation for my missing food. again I paid almost $60 for my order and was expecting my biscuits and after I already swiped for my order part of my order would not be ready. I was obviously upset and this lady at the front desk obviously had a bad day and did not want to do anything to assist or accommodate me after spending my hard earned money, if you’re looking for a Popeyes to go to, don’t go to this one because they don’t appreciate the money you spend.
