Came from out of town, but I knew I had to stop and get a pizza! The service was great. I wish I remembered our servers name, but she was super nice and patient with my son as he was super excited to order our meal on the phone. All around we had a great time and cant wait to stop by the again the next time we are in town.

I’ve never posted anything before. This is gotta be the worst place I’ve ever been in. I told the person who took my order three times that I want a certain sandwich on the fourth time I had to show her the picture to make her understand. I asked for four cookies I had to hold up four fingers ,after 27 minutes. I asked if that was my sandwich setting on top of the oven. There were multiple orders. I told her look at the far right it appeared to be my sandwich. She did Did not know her left from right I’m not making this up. I kept trying to explain to her to go to the right of the oven and check the name she kept going left at one point. I told her her other left and that’s when she moved right. I told them I could not stay any longer. No offer of a refund was made no effort to check on the status of my food so I left , $18.74 for four cookies no sandwich. This place was not busy at that time. If had been busy, I could’ve let that go. It wasn’t.

The food was great and the server was very friendly. Prices were fair. We are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the service was a little on the slower side for no busier than they were. It was not a really big deal for us as we were not in a very big hurry this time, but if you are in a hurry and craving some Pizza King maybe take advantage of their call ahead options to order in advance.

Poor customer service at he counter, after every button push, the young man would drop his hand on the counter, as if my purchase was taking too much of his time. 2 kids expediting, discussing how gross the dill butter was at the bottom of the tub, and how it would only take a minute to make more. They did not make more. In fact, they gave us 3 more sauces than we ordered. They forgot to put ham on our meat pizza, and the only solution these 2 kids could come up with was to let my pizza sit on the counter, while they cooked about a dozen pieces of ham and laid them on top of the pizza. Of course by this time, the pizza was barely warm. I’m sitting here watching all of this happen, not knowing it was my own pizza that was sitting on the counter cooling off.

Everything was great. The service and the food. The only issue was with the bread sticks. Hard to explain . They were really good. Just different The outside was firm but the center was almost hollow. strange. So honestly no real complaints . I would definitely go back again. and order 5 bread sticks for myself .

Pretty cool how you use an old phone to call in your order. There are waitresses but they just deliver your food after you order and get drinks. Seemed very dark in dining room but we mostly will get carry out anyway. Expensive but theres nothing else like it. Gotta try it at least once! I love the pan pizza!
