I have never been to a McDonald’s that completely messes up my order every single time until this location! Every time I ask for something with no onions or tomatoes, they always make sure to leave them on there and still place the special order sticker on the box!! Sometimes the service is good but most of the time they are unfriendly, rude and quick to get you out of the way. Very often the fries aren’t even salted or cooked all the way through! And don’t even bother ordering a large bc it’s never actually a large! They used to be decent but have gone down hill drastically! I definitely don’t recommend going to this location!!!

You pay more for large fries and they basically put the amount of fries from a small or medium into a large container and think “yeah that’ll do”

Customer service is not a top priority when they cover the drive through windows with one way signs so they can see out (I assume?) but the customer can no longer see what’s happening inside as you wait for your order. Wonder what is being hidden?

I just spent $6 for bacon, the whole 3 pieces split between two burgers. That’s a piece and a half on each burger. Then got extra sauce on the Big Mac and that was another $3. Ridiculous. I have never worked for a restaurant that charges that much for extra sauce or bacon. Considering bacon is $6 a pound.

Ice cold over cooked french fries right out of the bag at the drive thru. Food quality and service has gone way down hill. Wont be back.

I purchased a chicken McCrispy and I guess I missed the memo that said it was served in a wet bag with the buns flattened like pancakes and nothing else on it.
I ask nicely why it was served this way and spoke with the manager who was unhelpful unfriendly, tight-lipped, and told me I should have read the menu. But underneath the item, which in this case was the McCrispy sandwich, there is no description, only the cost. I ordered through the drive-through and the manager told me I should have looked at the pictures.
I nicely told him, I guess it’s not their fault but McDonald’s corporation’s fault and he turned on his heels and as he walked away, I asked, “is there anything you can do for me?” And he kept walking away without a word, not an apology, like “I’m sorry for your disappointing food experience or perhaps a small compensation.
Another reason I am boycotting Mcdonald’s.
