I was a little apprehensive about ordering Indian food from a truck stop but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and it was absolutely amazing! I could taste every single delicious ingredient. It taste like a home cooked meal. My new favorite place to eat. Today I’m going to try the Chicken Biryani. I will be sure to write another review.

Edit: The food isn’t bad, and the portions are generous, so, keep that in mind.
I guess the guy just burnt my naan and said screw it. But what bothers me more is he charged me $16 for a thing of chicken t.m. And burnt naan.
No prices posted anywhere, I assume he charges less for people who’s faces he can distinguish.

Surprised with how good their food is here! You can’t get food like this at any other truck stop. The food is fresh, delicious and good proportions!! Every piece of chicken was white, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The lady working was very friendly and helpful. This HAS GOT TO BE the BEST Indian food I have ever had so far. The only good experiences I’ve had coming through NJ has definitely been visiting the Sunoco and trying out the “Taste of India” within it. I will make sure to always visit this restaurant every time I pass through NJ from now on!!

OMG, found this place by accident. Had been ordering from a Spicy Affair in Swedesboro which is okay, maybe lacking in flavor. Seems like the food at a Spicy Affair is maybe geared more to serving Swedesboro than to serving authentic Indian Cuisine. This place however is amazing! Who cares if its spotless and dainty, my house isn’t. I have not had authentic anything since I left NYC. All those wonderful cuisines out there and they all taste like TGI Fridays (in other words, they all taste exactly the same, bland & boring) Thank g-d for this place. Like other have said, large portions, amazing flavor. Truly an amazing find.

I would give 5 star but 3 star is good for this place because of cleanliness and service. They serve HALAL food but i did not see any note which proves it. I asked from the cashier and he told me everything is halal. Food tastes good but needs some better ingredient.
