Place is great! All of the employees give off that family dinner vibe and they’re all polite. Food is exactly what is sounds like, not your typical greasy pizza spot. The app gives decent specials as well! Not my favorite pizza but great for a family outing

Absolutely disappointed in this store from the way my order was made to the rudeness of the delivery driver. I have had issue with this store before I would tell everyone order from the Dallas location instead . I called before to request a refund because they gave me the wrong order and undercooked Wings, not to mention I was kissing the sauces either them, I got sick and they basically told me they didn’t care and I should’ve called earlier. They driver brought my food and yes I paid a couple dollars in change and he was so rude about it and I told him I shouldn’t even have tipped because the customer service is horrific and not to mention the photos! Like what is that thin crust!? I order regular large with light sauce they gave me light everything, almost no toppings at all just mostly bread and the bread is barely there either. Highly unlikely to ever order from them ago I’ll take my chances with dominoes or cicis ONCE AGAIN THE PIZZA IS UNDERCOOKED . How sad this used to be my go to spot

Definitely not your average fast food pizza place. Marco’s Pizza makes legitimately delicious pizzas and it’s a few steps above the competition! It’s our second time here and it has already becoming one of our favorites. The staff offers great service, you could tell that they seem happy to be working there; as opposed to some places you walk in, and can immediately see the staff being disgruntle.

My good friend introduced me to Marcos pizza probably about 3 weeks ago, in that time I’ve probably been 4 times. They’re always friendly and quick with their service.The manager Kenneth always takes my order, I placed an order today less than an hour ago and ordered a small pizza with light sauce, bacon and feta cheese when I went outside I looked and noticed on the receipt it said white sauce instead of light. I went back in and told him the confusion and he immediately apologized and made a new pizza for me. Honestly that was easy a mistake to me, no harm done. He not only remade the pizza the way it was originally ordered he still let me keep the other pizza. In today’s world you don’t find that very often anymore, for that you guys really deserve 10 stars.

They are starting off with a bang. Two gentlemen came into my store with a flyer informing me of their grand opening and the free pizza order. I was verbally told it would be for Monday, June 9th. When I attempted to place the order, I was told it was already over. Looking closer at the flyer, seems they gave out bad information. It says “this Friday, June 9th”, but there is no Friday, June 9th. Very Frustrating.
I received a call from Kenny who requested a chance to “Make it right “. I agreed and he did not disappoint. They went above and beyond!! I was given the opportunity to get ANYTHING I wanted, but I stuck with what was offered originally. Everything was delicious and they have gained a new customer ❤️. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone comes back to correct it. They Did!!

Visited this location in Sept and the staff was very friendly, polite, and thoughtful.
The manager Clint was great, he asked if it was my 1st time trying Marcos Pizza, I said no this is my 2nd time having this pizza and he said Great, thank you for coming back! That was nice of him to say.
The other staff members Josh and Ray were great as well. The timing of placing my order and estimated pickup time was perfect, the service and staff were great, the pizza was delicious and the pricing was on point. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

4th of July ’25, just tried Marco’s for the first time… and they are Excellent!!! We ordered a Chicken Fresco pizza and another with spinach, mushroom and roma tomato on cauliflower crust and they were great! The crusts on both pizzas were made perfectly crispy, natural sauces, and the freshest ingredients. Close to home and $20 cheaper than other pizza places, we are happy to make this place our new regular place to go!

Ever since they’ve opened we have continuously received delicious pizza and great service. We usually come in on weekdays so I cant really say anything about wkend service.

Marco’s has the best pizza I’ve had since I moved to the DFW area 38 years ago and I came from South Philly! I’ve never had the experience of dinning in yet but the customer service is excellent. Ordering online is a breeze. I’ve been telling everyone I know to try it.
