You can’t help but be charmed by this quaint, rustic charm of a restaurant from the moment you walk in. From the brick walls, to the cowboy accents, dark wood beams in the ceilings and animal heads on the wall, it seems a little kitschy but it’s really not. I never heard about this place until they posted on Facebook looking for people to lunch with them and I’m so incredibly happy I lunched.
We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess with a “sit anywhere you want” and a huge smile. We picked a nice little two-seater in the corner. The lunch menu is very reasonably priced with an assortment of mouth watering options like a hot pastrami sandwich, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, burgers, you name it…all coming with chips and a choice of side. A steal for all that food! I ordered the Hot pastrami sandwich with chips and a side salad, hubby got the patty melt with chips and upgraded to the macaroni and cheese side. Soft drinks are served in goblet style wine glasses which made me feel a little hoity-toity but in a cool way. Food did take a little longer than I expected to come out, but it wasn’t a bother….it gave us time to chat and appreciate the vibe.
Food looked absolutely delectable when it arrived; everything looked freshly cooked, salad was sparkling with fresh cut veggies and the chips were just the right amount. One bite into that hot pastrami sandwich and I had a moment of pure bliss. That pastrami was perfectly sliced, cheese melted, coleslaw was fresh, mustard had more of a tap instead of a kick and crispy pickles. Every bite made me eager for the next. Hubby gave me a bite of the macaroni and cheese to try and it tasted homemade…creamy! Hubby also thoroughly enjoyed his patty melt…patty was medium as ordered, melty cheese and grilled bread. We can’t wait to visit again for lunch soon and dinner as well! This is absolutely my new favorite place!

Really nice little Bar/Restaurant really more restraint than bar. Fantastic burgers although I suggest staying away from the salmon. Overall though a real treat. Decent prices, I would knock a star off for the salmon but there jalapeno burger is just so good it earn it back. Really good people too.

If you want steak, prime ribs and some seafood this is about the only place in Emmitt you can get your grub on here. It is slow to get the food you want especially if there busy. The seating is to crowded so have a conversation is a challenge. I know the more butts you can put into a dinning room is profitable but I would prefer to have a bit of space. The drinks were spot on so enjoy your meal and have a drink on me.

We had heard good things about this place so we thought we would give it a try! I am glad we did! We both had great steaks prepared perfectly, the salads were very good and the sides were very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good steak dinner. BTW – the cocktails were a generous pour and they had a good selection.

I don’t live in Emmett anymore- but the drive is always worth it to see family. This is by far a great Chophouse- it’s always lovely to see Amanda!!!! The food here is always fresh, delicious and exactly how you order it.

We happened in on a busy Saturday night. They found us a spot to sit at the bar. The appetizer was chili lime shrimp off the grill. Such great flavor. The Ceasar salad was large and fresh.
Had a ribeye for the entrée. Our sidea were mashed red potatoes and Mac & cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were very good.
Well worth the stop and the staff was amazing. We will be back

This time had the tenderloin and the prime rib. Both we great cuts of beef and cooked perfectly. This place is worth checking out.

So this place is the small town with down to earth service and comfortably perfect vibe. The steaks are a next level! One of those awesome hidden gems you hope for. The flavors, tenderness, and food for the dollar are exceptional, the service is real and kind (not pretentious). If I could ask for a touch more it would be in the entree sides, but worth it nonetheless.
