definitely deserves five stars, my server was so sweet and makes the best sweet tea! I made sure to ask who made that so they get a good word from me and it was our server, the dining room was clean and organized and our food got out quickly, the best personal pan! was so fresh and delicious, I think the tea was my favorite and I’ll be returning for sure, the baskets on the tables were stocked up and very neat!

Worst experience we’ve ever had eating at Pizza Hut on Pike street. There was a hair baked into my food I asked for a refund after only eating one slice from the pizza when I noticed the hair baked into the cheese. Try to say that we ate our food so no refund we ate one slice when we realized the hair. The manager didn’t know anything on how to do a return she was dumbfounded worst manager ever ever

Ordered via app. When I arrived to pick up the order I realized that the items I ordered were on sale on Mondays. I was told if I ordered via app I didn’t get the sale price. ??????? Then, we took the food home and the crust was so hard it broke off like brittle. No edible for sure. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza but this was a bad experience for sure.

I stop here every time I have a work trip to this area. It is a staple location for consistent pizza on my work trips. I enjoy dining in. It is easy location right off road from local plant on my way to hotel. Has been clean when I have visited and local staff is always friendly and fast. Love the pizza and other options when I am in the mood. Dine in is relaxing and quiet. I will come here again on my next trip. Keep up the good work!

Normally we have a driver that is here so fast the food is really hot and fresh. This is due to us living about 1/2 mile away. This order took 25+ to deliver, from the time I was informed it was “out for delivery”. When it arrived, it wasn’t hot, just palatable warm; and the wings weren’t with the order. So the driver promptly went back to the store and got the wings, which I promise were still sitting there 40 min later, and brought them back. Thanks for the old cold wings, right?Normally it’s right. This one was a swing and a miss.
